I have received wrong product,. I tried to contact and mail to company but they are not responding. The ordered iteam and received one are totally different. I am attaching the pics regarding this....

I order wactch series 4 but it was swapped with another watch that is very cheap and not what i ordered and has no features that i paid for and
Now when i want to return the order the website is displaying to login and when i do so it's showing that there is no order placed by me and thus i am not being able...
