This message is regarding the services I avail from Kaya.
Due to Covid, I have lost my job and I cannot avail the services anymore.
I would like a refund from Kaya and I expect a cooperation from them during these harsh times.

My wife and i have been to kaya for treatment, the doctor said so many things and with good response once they collect the money they started behaving unprofessional.

I have been calling number [protected] and [protected] a lady called me and she is trying to convene us that no refund can be done and what ever happen with the treatment you can go and complain to any where we like. I request you all please don't go to any kaya clinic anywhere, i am starting my case with consumer form, and will complain to the police and media also.

I am an old customer of KAYA and would like to know why such bad staff who can't even manage the computer billing!

I've had the most horrific experience at kaya sector 18 noida.Never have I been subjected To such unprofessional, callous and arrogant behaviour. I went for a face laser maintenance session where staff seemed clueless about not just basic protocol but also highly unaware and unconcerned about taking adequate precautionary measures. From entry of an unauthorised man to transfer equipment while the session was in progress, without any warning to deciding on arbitrary dosage without consulting the doctor or going through my file. The excuses and explanations the gave would have been laughable had not the situation been off such concern. Adequate precautionary measures like protective eye care and tying back of hair was not carried out. The gauze handed over for teeth was squeezed with bare hands, was so incredibly unhygienic that I wondered what exactly had i gotten myself into. After a session of doubtful utility, I was asked to sign on a blank record, where dosage and symptoms etc are recorded. Further I was asked to cough up 1400 for the treatment, when asked for a rate list I was told that they had no such record available. On being asked for a bill, the lady told the personnel on cash counter, "ek 1400 ka bill bana do... Laser likh ke". It's unbelievable the level to which kaya seems to have fallen to. They do things as they please. On being questioned they roll their eyes as if you as a client have no business inquiring. If you insist they get flustered and give daft reasons, not to mention the quality of treatment and botched up results.

I agree with all of you. I went to Kay's, thane for a skin analysis. Bought the rec products and guess what, the products don't suit me. I am so irritated now. I spent 4000 bucks and then this is what happens. Now I want my money back. I am going to the clinic to have a face off with the doc. The doctors are pathetic, they r more of product sellers than doctors.

My name is Samantha, went to kaya for skin tightening and pigmentation, they charged almost 17,000 for 6 sittings but it only disfigured my face. To be honest since their name is big in the market they are attracting people but they are only fooling. Dont be mislead. its the worse thing u can do is to trust them. My sincere Advice from experience. Never go to them its fatal.

I went there for skin Lightening .... I had a scar less face ..No scars at all ... before going to Kaya I just wanted little fairness ..
Some lady Doctor ... treated me .. N from scar less face .. she has made my face full of scars ....
Some comodo extraction they did .. some peels .. and my face is full of scars ..
On top of that they are calling to avail their service ... HORRIBLE SERVICE ... They had literally spoiled my face .Only good at minting money .. buy this cream .. buy this ointment .. buy this Kaya cream .. or sun block to look better ... and they had made me look Ugly ...
Very disgusting place ... please do not go there .. no professional doctors .. only one doctor coat .. they put ..... PLEASE be careful .. do not make a mistake that I had made .. You would end wasting Money and .. most important your face .
