I got a mail from one of their representatives in response to the part time job search from click india... They claim that they made a legal agreement about the payment... On completion of work from my side, i received a call from their represenrative stating that out of 2200 forms 8 works r nt yet submitted and thus i need to submit 7600rs to them.. If i failed to do so they threat to take legal action against me...

I register on a clickindia for job and after some hours i receive a call from the company name kd technology who says that she is marketing executive of the company she told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20 days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat with advocate name chetan d. Dhimar and in that they write if you won't complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company for maintenance. So after googling the advocate name i searched so many complain about that advocate with different company name. And after seen that i stop my work.
So is there any problem will occur when i didn't submit the work.
Because i don't want to trap in the legal procedure i was thinking to lodge a complaint in my area police station and also send them a legal notice from cyber crime branch.

A few days back i applied for form filling job on click india. A girl called mihira [protected] called me saying they are surat, gujarat based and asked me to send my photo and signature scanned and sent an agreement which asks me to submit 2200 forms in 20 days. Later i read lot of complaints that it is a fake company and i mailed them saying i wont work with them and terminate my id. After few days they sent me a mail asking to pay 7600 as fine. Please help me as soon as possible because they are asking to pay fine 50000 rupees, and blackmailing in the name of court. The name of the lawyer is raghav deewan and mail is raghav. [protected]@gmail.com. Please help me as soon as possible.

I had a talk with a lot of people who faced the same problem. Now after their submission date they are asking me to pay rs.8496. For non submission of work and sending some threatening mails.

A part time job based company gives an impossible work for me and told to complete it by 20 days.. And now they doing mental torture that i need to pay certain amount.. As i also received a phone call of a typing institute from gujrat as they will do my work on my behalf. I trusted and paid 8005rs. After that they had not given my work back. After i understood that it is also their trap. I have the account number details and some of recordings with me..

I'm Razi.i'm also a victim of this company i got ad from kd technology for online work he ask my digital signature and photo as id to start the typing work but after the varification call they have send me copy of contract agreement which i don't know about this i called them several times but call was disconnect and even they give me login id and password which was also fake i failed to log in several times so i could'nt start work i also called many times to his customer care ms but call was disconnected. After 20 days his advocate asking me money and send me notice but they denied me all my conditions and force to pay money with extra charges

I'm shweta, i was searching for online work then i got one of the online work in kd technology and a person by name sai called me and asked me for i'd and received digital signature from me, i got started with my work and some what i felt like it's fake because they asked me to fill the 2200 forms within 20 days and in case if i don't complete my work within that period then i need to pay them 5500 rupees so i thought of going through reviews about that company then i found that the company is totally fake so i gave up working for that company and now they are calling me and harassing me like anything. I'm facing mental torture from them day by day so i kindly request you sir to consider this complaint and please take an action so that they should not cheat innocent lives any more... It's my humble request to you sir.

I got a call from this company and they ask me to a work of data entry from home. I got the email of work from this company. They ask me to complete 2200 form in 20 days and promise me to give 55000rs. But now after 20 days they ask me to give 7600rs as penalty without any reason even after completed their work. They threatening me that if you don't give us money then we will registered a case against you. So i request to you please take action against this company and save me from this and get me out of it. Hi i am suchitra. I face the same problem. 1st of all i complete my work within 20 days with qc. Next day they inform me your work is failed. And charges me... And i deposit as per the agreement 5200. After 2hrs again they call me deposit your leagal charge 2500. Request all the new comer plz avoid this. Kd technology is a fraud company. I want to inform all which problem i face no one can do this foolishness.

Its a fraud company. i have seen so many complains against them.
i asked them to cancel but they didnt nd now they are harrsing me nd torturing me for penalty and treating me for filing case against me now that they will file case against me.
Now after one year they are calling me and asking me to clear case by paying ₹3000.
Its been a year they never contacted me nd now suddenly they are into this. When i googled i found so many complaints against kd technology nd it a fraud company. They are fooling everyone by taking money in the name of case filling.

This company, called KD technology, claims to offer part time jobs and offers to pay a certain amount after the work is done, the whole procedure was done by a woman called kaya kapoor. After the registration, where they had asked me for my adhar card details, and my signature on an app, the lady doesn’t seem to answer my calls. Now I’m receiving threat calls and e-mails from people claiming they are advocates and are demanding money. This is pure mental harrasment and blackmail and they are sending threat emials stating, if I won’t pay, they will file a legal case against me. This is putting my life and daily well being at stake. I want you to take strict action agaisnt this company and I want the e-mails to stop else I will file a case against the company and this so called number of miss Kaya kapoor. Who is again fake. Please take them to task as hundreds of people are mentally harrassed by this company.

They used my signatures without my consent over a stamp paper and now threatening me that you have not completed our work and now you have to pay a penalty of rs. 8782 and if i don't pay them they will file a legal case against me.

It is a fraud company and indulged in cheating people and asking them for money

This is the mail i received from them-

This is to inform you that, we legal department of kd work has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated from our client end. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an indian contract act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don't make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious for our client kd loss of their work. As per an indian penal code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now, you don't pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double amount and legal notice will be issued to you. Still, you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.

Section 45 of coercion act shall be imposed on you, if you try to coerce our client. Our client is sole proprietor and if you don't follow any of our advice then, arbitrary act as per an article 14 shall imposed on you. Court will select an arbitrator and at that time you might need to pay rs. 50000/- for total loss. We want you to cooperate with our client. Please make payment as early as possible.

20 days before i got a job offer for home-based work with an agreement. I was said to complete and submit 2800 forms in 15 days and if not i have to pay 5800 liability. After that they asked me my id proof and gave me login id and password. After few days i noticed some problem and stopped work.16 days later i got emails and phone calls that i have to pay 10000 or a case will be submitted against me by a lawyer named patil by no. [protected]. I toldhim that i cannot pay any money so he started sending me legal like messages that police case will be held against me.

Hi, recently i took work from kd technology as im looking for online jobs. They informed me to complete 2200 forms in 20 days and if i failed i have to pay penalty amount. After seeing all the complaints against them i realized it is a fake company and i stopped working. I even told the person to cancel my id from whom i received the work. There is no response from him and now they are sending legal notice to my mail. They are threatening me to pay the amount otherwise case will be filed. I dont know what to do. We legal department of kd technology hereby having your case for non submission of work. We hereby notify you that if these condition mentioned in your agreement comes under these categories then you need to make payment of registration fees to our client. If you don't make payment to our client as per an indian contract act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment. We also want to inform you that section 420 of ipc shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of registration amount which accounts to rs. 8782/-. Section 499 and section 509 for cyber defamation shall be imposed on you for defaming the name of company on internet. Section 66 a shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm. Section 15 of ipc for coercion if you coerce our client. If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay rs. 50000/ - for total loss to our client.

This would be compulsion for every client who breach this contract. So, please try to understand the situation and make payment to our client as early as possible. Our client is sole proprietor company and once you not make payment then an arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per article 14 is mend to safeguard them. So, we advise you to cooperate and pay this amount as early as possible.

I told company told me after report you need to pay 5200/- and also mention in the agreement what about extra charges. He didn't answer properly only said pay immediately. He is not giving me time.

I had registered on clickindia one day i recieved a call from a company called kd technology and a girl spoke to me in the name kayakappor she said she is marketing exceutive of the company and also received mail from [protected]@gmail.com and they gave me a work of form filling of target 2000 form in 20days if i fail to do that i have to pay them 5200rs as their loss so i got a doubt and googled about the company and got to know its a fraud company and i stopped my work. I tried to call them many times nobody recieved. My last day to submit the work was july 16th after 2days i recieved a notice from the advocate in the name called siddharth patil saying that i have pay 7700rs as their loss so i asked him that it was only 5200rs .How can u make it 7700rs? after that he said okay pay only 5200rs he was very harsh in his talks and his slang was very bad. I called up to the company to ask their complete details and proof that they are a real company they were very harsh and said i have to mail for the helpline mail to get all this i mailed them 2times but there is no reply from past 42hrs ..they are torturing me nd haressing. Its like a mental torture to me..what should i do with this?

Hello Dear sir/mam. Maine last month OLX par typing work ka ad dekha aur apply kar diya. Mere number par ek bande ka call aya aur usne bola ki vo KD Technology, Gujrat se bol raha hai. Usne bola hamare yaha form filling ka work hai jo aap apne pc ya laptop par kar sakte ho. Usne bola 2200 forms ko 20 days me fill karna hai. Per form 25 rupees ke hisab se payment kiya jayega. Advance me koi money deposit ni karna hai but work complete hone ke baad aapki payment se 5200 rupees charges cut ho kar baaki ka payment aapko milega. Usne fir apna email send kiya aur us par mera adhar card send karne ko kaha. Maine kar diya. Uske baad usne ek link send kia jis par DigitalDocs app download hua. Us par usne mera photo aur signature karne ko kaha. Uske baad company ki or se mujhe voice mail aya usme bataya gaya if maine given time period me work complete ni kia to mujhe 5200 rupees ka fine pay karna hoga. Usme bataya gaya ki agar 2200 me se 200 se zyada forms me galti hogi to company koi bhi payment nahi karegi. Fir unhone meri mail par 20/- rupees ka stamp send kia jisme yahi sab conditions aur Company na name KD technology, Gujrat likha tha. Company ka koi proper address nahi tha. Mera name bhi mention tha aur mera adress likha hua tha. Uske baad mujhe ek id aur password provide karaya gaya jis par maine work karna shuru kia. Maine helpline par baar baar form fill karne ka way pucha. Jaha bhi mujhe confusion hota tha mai turant helpline par call kar leta tha. About 400 forms aise the jinme aadhe columns blank hote the. Maine helpline par pucha ke in blank columns me kya fill karna hai to mujhe bataya gaya ki blank columns me dash - karna hai. Maine un saare forms me wahi kia. Given time period me maine work complete kar diya. Fir waha se unhone QC report bheji jisme unhone mere work ko fail bata dia. Unhone vo saare blank columns waale forms ko reject kar dia. Maine helpline ki guidance k according hi forms fill kiye. Mere paas helpline ke sath call ki recording bhi hai. But unhone vo saare forms reject kar diye. Aur un forms me dash - karne ko hi mistake bataya. Aur ab mere phone number aur mail par threatening calls aur messages aa rahe hain. Vo mera payment to kar nahi rahe ulta mujhse 8782/- rupees maang rahe hain. 5200 me unhone GST aur advocate ki fee bhi add ki hai aur mujh par bhot saare case karne ki dhamki de rahe hain. Maine google par dekha hai KD technology ne desh bhar ke hazaro logo ke saath yahi fraud kia hai. Please show me the way. Please bataiye mujhe kya karna chahiye. Mere aur saare victims ke sath justice kijiye.

26 jun ko mujhe isha mathur name ki lady ka call aaya tha jisne mujhe digtal sig. Le liye aur id ki pic bhi mangi thi .Aur mujhe kaha gya tha ki kaam ho jane me 55000 rs. Diye jayenge aue 7 days k baad aap apni payment k liye apply kar sakte ho.
.Uske baad 19 july ko call aaya tha is no. Se ki mai adovocate siddarth patil bol raha h usne kaha company ko loss ho jane k karan mujhe 7700 rs. Dene honge nahi to court me jake case ladhna h .
Aur ye mail bhi kiya tha. Dubara mail jab aaya to usme 9000 rs. Mange gye h

I register in clickindia and I found a job in a company name KD technology there I have to fill 2200 form in 20 days. I registered them and they said to do signatures and send them a pic through an app known as Digidocs. I did it. Then after a day, I found that they have sent me an attachment in which there is an agreement I was not knowing about it now i want to leave the job but they are asking for money and they say they will do legal action against me please tell me what to do. They are asking for 5200 rupees that I cant afford what should I do. Inspite of all i have paid that much amount of 5200. Now again they are asking for 3000 Rs extra which was also not the part of the agreement.

Befor compamy's report Mr Tejas Joshi (Advocate) mail me and msg your job is fail you need to pay 7510/- within 2Pm today. He is not giving me time . i told him I am ready to pay company becoz my job is fail give me some time. will pay within 2 days .But he not ready hr force me and send me notice and mention in notice you need to pay now 18000/, rs.
