Mene unki id kholi bhi nahi aur ab 25 july se koi siddharth Patel (lawyer) call kar raha hai aur marre mail par bhi leagal Notice bhej raha hai ki ya to 7700 RS jama karwao ya fir aapke against leagal action liya jayega. So please help me that what i do now...please guide me aaj mene paise dene se mana kr diya to wo bol raha hai ki main Case ko aage badha raha hu... So help me please sir

I am in the same position as you. If they are a fraud company, then they cannot take legal action. They will land in Jail themselves.

I also emailed them saying the same. They usually reply within minutes, especially this one lady Sapna. This time no reply. I wrote to them saying that they are defrauding innocent people and that will take police action. They didn't pick up phone or reply to email. Been over 20 hours.

Even I got a work from Ms. Ruchi shah gave me a work to complete 150pgs of data entry in 15days.. If late we have to pay 6150..now they sent me a court notice... And form filling too 1500 forms in 10days to complete these all fake and they r fraud people.. They ve sent me legal notice... I don't know how to come out from this...

They also attached a voice verification mail. They gave me the work of 2200 forms for 55000rs and didnt take any registration fees and said itll be deducted from my salary after 20 days and if i fail in the work ive to pay 5200 utility charges. I've completed most of the work. Should i continue or leave the work. Will they take some legal action. And being a fraud company can they really take some legal action ? Or should i complete the work and then see their response first ?

* I was paid amount more than 49, 450 rupees, but they are ask again again money and send leagal notice copy my home address. Please help me. Please sir otherwise destroy my whole family life. Please look at this attached screen shot.

Sir, First of all we want to say that our executive has sent you all the details. You were given the details in ppt file, in agreement and via mails. Before accepting the agreement you were given a link in application in which you could have read the agreement before accepting it. Your conditions were clear. You did not read the agreement which was your fault. You found out that company is fraud, can you please explain what kind of fraud and which kind of fraud has been done and to whom the company has done the fraud? It's your mentality. You did not want to pay the amount so you are posting this fake complaints.

I asked the way of filling the forms from their helpline and i filled all the forms in way they told me. But in the QC report they rejected all those 300 forms. Then I started my work, Maine 2200 forms 18 days complete kardiye. Phir un logon ne Qc report bheji, usme Unhone 500+ forms Galat bataye... Lekin kuch forms Aise hote hy Jiske Saare details nhi rehte Toh commonsense wali baat hy, wo forms agar information na ho toh (-) yeah symbol lagaye hy. 1- first of all the job websites like clickindia, onlinejobs, naukari.com etc must be banned because they allow the thugs to lodge a fake vacancy in order to cheat innocent persons.

2- the another thing is that the companies and advocates who are associated with such frauds must be dismissed and also should be penalised for a long imprisonment along with hard work.

3- now i will talk about KD TECHNOLOGY a fraud company.

it has many employees all the above metioned concerns i read there, have employees having diffrent names . means there is a lady thug and a male, the speak up with diffrent names to diffrent peoples with diffrent numbers. they just will promise to give you 55000 or 50000 rs in just 20 days, and in return of that they only will charge a registration fees of 5500 to 7500
.

after registering fraudulently the innocent persons they give you id password, even they do not pick up calls niether reply to the mails sent on there helpline gmail adresses, there TOLLFREE HELPLINE NUMBERS wich are( as said by them) opened 24*7, are always switched off.

after 20 days or after the days you had been given as target for form filling,

there loyer will call from LEGAL DEPARTMENT.

first of all the original company warns personally the employee to give the work if employee is not giving then they can rely upon legal actions, but they directly contact us through a WAKIIL.

after that the start torturing us by various numbers, one number is [protected]
and one more number is [protected]
and they just call you again and again,

and one more interesting thing is that with each and every call the compensation amount demanded by them keeps increasing by 1000 or 2000 rs.

4- many innocents give them money too which acts as courage booster to them to do more fraud. my frends i am adding images of the same please have a look on it

5 i called them a 100 of times just after they showed me the agreement but not a single call was picked by them

1- first of all the job websites like clickindia, onlinejobs, naukari.com etc must be banned because they allow the thugs to lodge a fake vacancy in order to cheat innocent persons.

2- the another thing is that the companies and advocates who are associated with such frauds must be dismissed and also should be penalised for a long imprisonment along with hard work.

3- now i will talk about KD TECHNOLOGY a fraud company.

it has many employees all the above metioned concerns i read there, have employees having diffrent names . means there is a lady thug and a male, the speak up with diffrent names to diffrent peoples with diffrent numbers. they just will promise to give you 55000 or 50000 rs in just 20 days, and in return of that they only will charge a registration fees of 5500 to 7500
.

after registering fraudulently the innocent persons they give you id password, even they do not pick up calls niether reply to the mails sent on there helpline gmail adresses, there TOLLFREE HELPLINE NUMBERS wich are( as said by them) opened 24*7, are always switched off.

after 20 days or after the days you had been given as target for form filling,

there loyer will call from LEGAL DEPARTMENT.

first of all the original company warns personally the employee to give the work if employee is not giving then they can rely upon legal actions, but they directly contact us through a WAKIIL.

after that the start torturing us by various numbers, one number is [protected]
and one more number is [protected]
and they just call you again and again,

and one more interesting thing is that with each and every call the compensation amount demanded by them keeps increasing by 1000 or 2000 rs.

4- many innocents give them money too which acts as courage booster to them to do more fraud. my frends i am adding images of the same please have a look on it

5 i called them a 100 of times just after they showed me the agreement but not a single call was picked by them

Same thing has happen with me on 19 july i have registered in a company name SO. SERVICES they said me you have to fill 2200 form in 20 days if you work is not completed in 20 days then you have to pay 5200 to company they have taken my digital sign and photo and later the send an agreement on which my photo and sign was pasted, on that day i have call them and said i don't want to do this job so they said ok, and also i have not click on agreed for that agreement, after googling i found there is no such company name SO. SERVICES .on 10 aug i receive a call from them and they are asking me to pay money 7600, other wise lega action will be yaken against you
What should i do now plz suggest me im in a big trouble

Now one more company has come METREXA TECHNOLOHY, 19, SHREYAS COMPLEX, SURAT GUJRAT. This company is also giving online typing works via login ID and password.(website: formfilling us.com)

They give 10days work with Rs.30, 000/- and immediate after 10days, they call or mail for penalty. If call is not attended, threatens for legal action and demand huge amount.

People work hard but this company is doing fraud with innocent hard workers, who are working day and night with a hope to gain something. But, all pains are in vain because they are harassing them.

I have also received the calls for money.
