Hello all, i live in kdp grand savanna society, raj nagar ext. Ghazaibad. We all are in fear because of increased nos. Of stray dogs in society as they are attacking on everyone be it elder or kids. There are around 30-35 dogs which have created havoc in society. Please support to make society get rid of these dogs and their fear. We needn't to wait for the time when someone get hurt because of them....

No information on possession of flat

KDP is practicing unfair trade practices by neither sharing details about project delivery nor having fair penalty clause for investors for adequate compensation. It is frustrating at loss of communication and hard earned money. My first cheque towards application went way back in 2006. And now it is end of 2011. Still no clue on possession. If management of KDP are conscientious people and fear bad karma, then they should take quick actions...

KDP Builders have a contractual commitment of handing over possesion of its flats in its project The Grand Savana at Rajnagar extention within 36 month of execution of allotment letter.
We have been alloted the property on January 2008 and have yet to get anywhere close to moving in our new home.
