We have taken Kelivinator air cooler from Reliance digital Hastinapuram HYDERABAD 500074 on 23.03 2022.We have put in service.When fan & pump are started water droplets are sprinkling out, also some rubbing noise is observed .Please rectify the problem soon.

invoice no. PLAZA-21-127.but my freeze not workin well and i have rapeted call mr yashpal malik [protected] who is the manager of SARGAM ELECTRONICS THE PLAZA MALL for service but no give resonse till now.and i want return freeze please help me

this is r v satyanarayana, purchased your product on 24/3/16 and its model number was l.s.j55wsi-mda it was having an E6 error on Aug 1st and your executive attended this problem that's fine, but it was again repeating the same error, i was really frustrated by your product and your services this is really not fair please take this compliant and make it close as early as possible
