Kerala State Finance Corporation (ksfe) Complaints & Reviews

This is regarding chit 35/2017-11 at the Pavartty Branch Thrissur, the chit was auctioned and the amount was put in fixed deposit around 21/07/2020. The amount was split into two deposits by KSFE, with amounts below.
1) Rs.794924 + Interest Rs.94737.52
2) Rs.570000 + Interest Rs.72085.48
The KSFE manager sent the first term deposit and interest after long conversations which is around Rs 8, 89, 662. For the second deposit after the completion of chit in April 2022, the amount sent by manager was only Rs 578825 and it was missing quite a lot of the interest amount around Rs.63260.48 which is missing.
I checked with the manager and during the long conversation emails, he started asking me for proofs of bank statements for the deposits done, I had sent all the required proofs with details clarifications through email, but yet KSFE is not ready to deposit the interest.I want clear proofs on how my payments in May, June, July, August, September 2021 was adjusted to this chit and also the fixed deposit interests.

I started for a chitty in KSFE in the year 2019 and paid due amount monthly till 2022. However on Feb 2022, I submitted a request to discontinue my said chitty to obtain my said paid amount of total One and half lakh rupees. Further even after 2 months of accepting my request for discontinuation of chitty, KSFE is not returning my deposit amount and additionally declining me to provide any interest on the said amount they are holding back from me illegally.
Furthermore, they are now claiming to give back my deposit amount only at the end of said chitty (2028) without any interest for any deposit amount.
This is completely unprofessional and day-light robbing of consumers money from KSFE
