Dear Sir,
We are responding in an official way here by launching a complaint against the person who is giving service to our home ( BSNL wifi internet connection and Kerala vision cable tv connection ) named Mr . Rafeek ( [protected]) who is providing service at our residential area at konni near Mini civil station . We are one of the reputed customer since long time even without a single payment delay .

Poor Internet, very disappointed with Kerala Vision Broadband. Every day I call to Customer care / Service Provider to check with the internet issue. And our local provider says its the complaint from Thrissur division . and the kerala vision customer care says that they don't have that kind of complaint/ work . and am rise a complaint again . after that call they didn't give call back or solve my problem & don't pick my call also Many time...
