worst geyser ever

-there is no one to solve our complain after sales, for days /weeks
-the geyser melted and could have blasted ...very dangerous
-on repeated complain the service person Mr shanavaz makes excuses as he is the only person to attend all service calls so will take time to do the service normally he has attended after 4 to 5 days .
-in one year the geyser is repaired 5to 6 times inspite of being exchanged once as it couldn't be repaired.

Water doesn't heat

Our brand new Ketko 3.5Kw 1L capacity Instant water heater barely warms the water. Even when the water flow is kept very low, it only heats the water to just slightly higher temp. I called the service technician and as per him the heater was performing as expected. The store where I bought it refused to change/take back the heater as it was now a opened product. ( I am not sure how can I find out the product is not performing without opening...
