Claim for unclaimed/unencashed Dividend of TTK Prestige Ltd..

Sir,
I had received an email intimation on June 1, 2022 from ttk.[protected]@kfintech.com informing me that there is an unclaimed/uncashed dividend of Rs.3, 000/- for the F.Y. 2017-18 paid by the company through dividend warrant no. 1817000 against the holding of shares in TTK Prestige Ltd. and that I should furnish certain documents for claiming the same.
Accordingly, I had furnished the required documents by sending an email to KFintech on August 25, 2022 and further reminders were sent on Sept. 1, 2022 and Sept. 12, 2022.
I have not received a word in reply so far and I do not know the fate of my claim to the said dividend till date. My attempts to contact KFintech over toll free no.[protected]non-existent) and landline IVRS nos. available on KFintech website were futile.
Under the circumstances, I request the company through your goodself to remit the aforesaid dividend amount without any further delay.

STP not happening as per schedule
Hi,
I had placed request for STP from Debt to Equity fund in both Axis and Nippon India MF in Oct'20. There were 4 STP requests in Axis and 1 in Nippon India. While 2 STP's started in Axis as per Start date confirmed by KFintech via e-mail, other 2 did not. Similarly, in Nippon India, the STP did not begin until almost 2 weeks after the Start confirmed by KFintech.
I have been following up with your Customer care team for more than 1 week now - called numerous times, spent infinite number of hours with your staff and dropped multiple reminders but didn't receive any update from your end.
I have heard all sort of lame excuses from them ranging from system not working, giving false promises about responding back within stipulated time, asking problem statement repeatedly etc
Your staff continues to maintain that whatever happened is the correct and I am tired of explaining the problem statement to them.
I am not sure how efficient are processes at KFintech that my issue remains unattended even after so many days of follow-ups.
The e-mail ref number given to me was 490798.
