From 17/12/2022 to 03/02/2023 total 8 time extra amount tekan from my ptam account.
So plz check and refund this amount as soon as possible if any query plz call on my number because I have lot off time doing complaint but not any response

Today, the 2nd jan, 2022, I have travelled Mumbai to lonavala. Toll of Rs.203/- has been charged for my Car MH03DK2365 at Khalapur Toll Plaza through Icici FASTag Account and also taken Cash Rs.203 of which i have receipt also

I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and remit/refund an amount of Rs.203/- which charged wrongly and doubled. Please do the needful,

I was in queue for more than 4min.
Still they deduct toll amount.

HDFC Bank FastTag deducted: Rs 203 for Vehicle No: MH03AR3593 at: Khalapur Toll Plaza on:[protected]T12:24:10 Wallet: [protected] Bal: Rs 2377

Today date 14-feb-2021 I was traveling to Imagica via Khalapur toll plaza I was charged Rs 203 and evening I returned back to Navi Mumbai in evening itself again I was charged 203 Rs. I was charged Double even after returning back on the same day. The payment was made from fasttag. I would like refund of this extra charges. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
