My complaint is about Street dog, In our society some Street dog have attacked on many people. One person have diet from dog 's attack . So help me take action on my complaint...

My ex land lord, deny to give back full amount of caution money. She deducts more than half of the amount by saying about unnecessary charges like drainage cleaning charge, maintenance charge etc...
