Quality of packaging has become completely intolerable. The bottle twists even before the cap turns, when opening the seal of a new bottle, especially the 500ml bottle. This shows that in the pursuit to increase profit / margins, the company is resorting to cut costs on account o[censored]sing inferior & substandard packaging. For people who don't know, PET bottles are derived from the petroleum chain, whose price has come down from $120 to a barrel, to $36. Virtue of which, polymer pricing is down by approximately 40%. In such a situation, I can't understand why would the company resort to such substandard strategy?
And now to make the plastic quality look appealing from outside, it seems kinley is air pressurizing the water bottles from inside by reducing some amount of water(5%) and filling that space with air .This is my recent observation with one litre Kinley water bottle which actually had 950 ml water and 50 ml air.

    i have seen your company water bottled expiry dated at 23/7/2014 was been selled by the railway authority of Kulithurai, kanyakumari district tamilnadu state. there is not date of manufacture or the MRP is written in the bottle. kindly go thorugh my complaint and see what can you do with . thank you

      I went to have Lunch alongwith Friend . I ordered Lunch and Mineral water "KINLEY" 1 Litre . Hotel charged for 1 Litre Mineral water Rs.20 against MRP Rs.16. I had purchased 2 Mineral Water Bottles 1Litre each .

      We request you to look in to the matter and do the needful .

      We have been using kinley water for the past 8 years in saidapet locality in chennai.But for the past 6 to 8 months their supply is not prompt. we are thinking of changing to other brand. Its really not the way to respond to a regular customer and a black mark on the company.

        I HAVE BEEN BUYING KINLEY MINERAL WATER 20 LITRE BOTTLES FOR A YEAR NOW. THE WATER USED TO BE GOOD. HOWEVER FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE WATER IS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND THE TASTE IS LIKE TUBE WELL WATER - BRACKISH. I WOULD LIKE THE COMPANY TO DO SOMETHING IMMEDIATELY ABOUT IT. THE DEALER'S NAME IS MR. SHANKAR BANIK, P.K. ENTERPRISE, A/27, NEW RAIPUR, KOLKATA - 84. THE BOTTLE WAS SEALED AND YET THE WATER WAS OF POOR QUALITY. THE DEALER SAID THAT I SHOULD COMPLAIN GIVING THE BATCH NUMBER OF THE BOTTLE. BUT THE BATCH NO IS PRINTED ON THE CAP OF THE BOTTLE AND WE THREW THE CAP AFTER OPENING THE BOTTLE. I REQUEST THE COMPANY TO MAKE QUALITY CONTROL TESTS IN THEIR FACTORY IN KOLKATA AND ALSO TO CONDUCT SURPRISE QUALITY CONTROL VISITS. BECAUSE, IF THE QUALITY OF WATER REMAINS TO BE BAD, THEN KINLEY WILL LOSE MANY CUSTOMERS.

        KINLEY — Quality complaint

          This is regarding my security deposit of 700/- which i gave against two Kinley 20 lts. bottles.The distributor Dogra Enterprises 246,Munirka New Delhi-110067, Mr. Lal is the most obnoxious man i have come across.They were okay till you needed the water bottles,the minute I talked about the security refund, he became very rude and stopped taking my calls.Another person I would like to mention is Ms. Pooja whose no. I got through Kinley Helpline.([protected]).She is very arrogant and rude.I strongly recommend everybody not to deal with Kinley people.It's been now almost two months that I have been calling these people but in vain.Hope the higher authorities do the needful.

          Dear madam/sir,

          I am Das from chennai and your costumer for many years (17670). Though Kinley water is expensive we buy and use for the quality of Coca Cola.

          Last week supply of 25L can we were shocked to se a leaf inside the water can (B. No: SR294 time 23:34 dated 7/12/12) we made a complaint to helpline over phone and complain no.FSR-KN12120042 .

          A person introduce himself as he is from Kinley came to our house on 15/12/12 inspected the can and accepted the fault then he was very keen in tampering the seal which we didn't allow.

          Then when we asked for his ID card it says MCR for S. R. Water company (P) Ltd.

          Now this shows how Kinley his handling its product. We have lost hope with Kinley costumer care or its quality control. This upset us very deeply so have decided to approach media and court.

          This is to inform you that I have got 4 jars of 20 litres each of Kinley water and paid security amount of Rs.300/- each jar/bottle I.e. Rs.1200/- in total. The security amount is refundable. But when I asked the kinley water suppliers to take back their bottles and refund the security amount, they did not pay any heed to my multiple requests and now they are not answering my calls also. I have taken the service of water at Pitampura, Delhi. Very poor customer service

            This is my experience at the tourist spots in Hyderabad particularly Golconda and the necklace road. I bought a bottle of Kinley bottled water, the MRP is Rs14. BUt I was asked to pay Rs 20 by the shopkeeper. On protesting he became harsh and said every tourist spot in Hyderabad sells at that rate. When I said that I will complain he started behaving in a harsh manner and said it will not bother him as it is his shop and he will sell only at that price. I found that water bottles were sold at same at other shops too. Please take necessary actions.

            In Madurai Mattuthavani bus terminal in platform no:1, they are selling the 1 litre kinley mineral water bottle for Rs.17!!!??????But the amount printed on the bottle is Rs.14(MRP).Why they are cheating the consumers or may be the technique of the manufacturers???Is there anyone to look after this kind of cheaters??Need prompt action to stop these kind of activities.

              I started buying kinley water from M/S ESSAR ENTERPRISES, 39 A Kalighat Road KOLKATA-700025,
              by paying a deposite of 700/= aGAINST TWO Seprate bills,
              due to lack of supply and proper costumer support since december 2008, I have descided to quit the useage of this companys
              mineral water, when approached for refund, the dealer says he will cutt 3% cost usage, which I think is unfair and never heard off,
              Now he has started to turn is deaf ear to our calls and not willing to pay back, as the time passes he will
              not pay us the deposite,
              please help what to do?

              On 17.08.2009, I had taken two 20 ltr bottles from m/s SUNNY ENTERPRISE, 177/21, B.L.SAHA ROAD, KOLKATA-700033, MOBILE:[protected] against payment of Rs620 i.e. Rs 1020 minus discount Rs400. On 19.1.2012, I requested for return of one empty 20 ltr bottle for which the above supplier said that Rs 100 will be returned though I felt that the amount is rather paltry I still agreed.Inspite of several telephone calls and repeated assurances the bottle has not been taken neither the deposit money returned.
              The whole experience has left me with a bitter feeling towards service from a reputed 'brand equity' as Kinley.

                continuosly for one week I called our supplier to deliver few 25 litre bottles. But they did not supply. So I decided to quit using Kinley water. please let me know how I can get my deposit back.

                I agree with Sathiya. I am also trying to get my deposit back from South India Beverages Pvt Ltd. Initially they told me that their contract with Coke is over and they will slowly return the deposit money. Now when I call them, no one answers the phone, just some ring tone comes.                 i ordered few cans of the 25litres.. the service is like ... very very pathetic..
                i even haf spoken to the manager.. his another .. all they say is that.. they are delivering

                The tap supplied for us is defective. The water is leaking. KINLEY distributor at[protected] is not helping us. They gave a number ([protected]) to contact a person responsible for tap change. He is such a reckless person. He dodged us for 15 days not telling us when he will repair. He gave only false statements. We complained to the distributor at chennai (mentioned above). NO USE AT ALL.

                We called again the TAP changer (Anand) He used very wrong words against me. I as a customer really felt BAD about this. I prefer to bring this to justice.
                I brought two bottels of Kinley Miniral water, & open one bottel for drinking the water or drank it.
                after drink the water i was ill.when i check the water & bottel, i found sum germs & bactaria in the
                bottel.water was infected them.i have one seald bottel also, & it is infected also.I will clame on coca-cola products.
                It is the worst customer service I have ever come across, very late delivery after a 1000 phone calls, along poor quality of water.Absolutely Unreliable!

                Kinley water — No proper supply

                We are using Kinley water regularly. We are calling said COO Mr. Yashwant and Some Mr. Montu who are looking after the supplies in Gurgaon but the are not even picking up phone. I have told them before if they can't supply, they may cancel and return my Jar's deposit. But one week before they have romised me proper supply.

                I am staying in Masab Tank area. Every time I am facing lot of problems. I am getting water by time. I should cal them atleat 10 to 15 times. Means its taking more than one week for deliver 2 cans. I don't know the reason. Pelase try to rectify this
                I also agree with kinley as they are very worst in delivery and i switched to Aqua fina and seems that they are worst than kinley.

                I have mailed to both the companies and no response from them. So seems in India we cant expect the service when all thing are corrupted.
                Its been a week that the water supply given by the company has very very bad taste to the water.
                Even after repeated complain they are giving deaf hear and top of it say that the ozonation problem hai but still water is portable. The water tastes like drainage or vomit still they want the consumer to drink such water.
                Hats off to such service.
                Supply of mineral water 25L is very poor, we have make minimum of 4-5 calls for a delivery. When we want a raise a complaint with the manager. They follow the same rule, either his line will be switched off or busy at the moment. Never bothered to call back. Even though the water is good but because of the poor service Planning to change brand.
                The supply is very poor and badly organized. in spite of repeated calls there is no response. When I called their complaints Manager Mr. Madhunath (Ph: [protected]) ( this number was given by Kinley) the person attending says this number is not related to Kinley!!! Complaints to their supply Manager Mr. Gopal Ph. No. [protected] yields no response. It is a totally useless service eventhough they claim to be a reputed MNC!!! TK Arun

                Kinley drinking water — Security Refund

                This is regarding my security deposit of 1050/- which i gave against three Kinley 20 lts. bottles. The distributor Mr. Shailesh ([protected]) of east delhi has been one was okay till you needed the water bottles, the minute I talked about the security refund, he became very rude and stopped taking my calls.I strongly recommend everybody not to deal with Kinley people.It's been now almost six months that I have been calling Shailesh (as I was given no other contact) but in vain.Hope the higher authorities do the needful.
                Yes the service is really poor and they deliver after 5-6 calls and after 3 days only----Ridiculous, and the bottles are also not clean and upto mark like in the begining...Coke loosing its reputation and also they increased their price by 10/- now 25lts is Rs80/--
                The service is poor - in addition to the headstrong behavior of the delivery personnel. They are adamant enough to say that the frequency of supply will happen only at their convenience. The supply thought started almost 7yrs back with twice a week, came to once a week and then once in a fortnight. For the past 3months, it is just 2visits and when i enquired, the response i get is take it or leave it. There is absolutely nothing called customer care or anything.
                Kinley water has to change their distributer for chennai - perticularly S, R, water, i do agree being a corporate client the local distributer S.R water is not giving proper response for the long relationship customer like HCL the S.R water company call center people was not trained peoperly and they didnt understand our requirements peoperly,[protected] and even their manager Jayaprakash[protected], also doesnt care about the clients, i belive they are working for us now they thinking like they are gods by providing water for money they cont be god Kinley has to grow in chennai then they have to change the Distributer first.
                i have ordered for 25litres bottle on friday and me havent got your delivery till date.we hav children at home and we are finding it very difficult to manage without water as it is very essential in a place lik chennai...we would like you to check up with the dealers in nunungambakkam. we have been facing this problem for the fast 3 months...if no immediate action is been taken we will have the shift to other companies.ur customer no is 055009

                Kinley water — non supply of kinley water

                SR Water Co in nungambakkam who supply kinley thinks customers are fools.they take booking for refills and don't turn up for even 3 days.as if people have no other work but to sit and wait for them.they should have some schedule and proper follow up.This is business ethics Coco Cola should monitor this and explain why consumers are allowed to be exploited.No proper response from most of the tel nos. We are extremely disgusted.This is not business.
                I had booked for supple of two tubs of Kinley water from SR water on 25/07/2011. I have reminded them on 27th and once again on 28th. Till 29th they have not supplied the water. There is one Mr.Jayaprakash who is supposed to be incharge. He does not pick up his mobile phone when called. It is high time they improved their service or return our moeny which they hold as deposit.

                I totally agree that the service of S R Water is simply poor. They have to be reminded half a dozen times and they make empty promises. I feel that Kinley authorities should give distribution ship to additional persons who have the ability to supply atleast within 24 hours. Also they should monitor their services periodically. Mind you that people are waiting to shift loyalties when they find a better service provider.

                I am consumer of kinley drinking water from supplier Bose Enterprise 68G, Purnadas Road, kolkata-29 since April 2011.Everytime, I face difficulty to get drinking water from your company through the above supplier.After 4-5 times telephonic calls, they supplied which are very irregular.
                Recently on 3rd october 2011, I contacted the above supplier for drinking water but she refused to give supply during durga puja holidays upto 6th october 2011.Supply of drinking water mostly comes under essential services and stopping of such supply without giving any prior information is not only problematic for the consumer but shows highly irresponsible behaviour of the supplier.The attitude and the behaviour of the supplier is very rude towards consumers.

                In the above circumstances, it is requested to take immediate action against the supplier and also restore the proper and timely supply of drinking water.It is also requested to intimate the name of other suppliers at Ballygunge/Gariahat area(kolkata-29), so that we can get timely supply of drinking water as per our requirement.
                We are consumers(Flyjac Logistics Pvt Ltd, 25-32, 1st Floor, Readymade Garment Complex, Guindy, Chennai-32) of Kinley drinking water in guindy branch. We are getting 10 CANS from Kinley daily. Your distributors are giving very poor supply. We are not getting water on time. We are getting water late, that too after many calls and reminders. To solve this, we had asked atleast for extra 5 CANS of Kinley daily to avoid deficiency of water problem. But we had not even got extra CANS daily even after many requisitions. So, we are suffering daily. This had became an endless issue. Even after complaining to higher levels, there's no solution.
                Supply is not only poor, the 20 litre jars are having leaks.
                if you tell the franchise he says, buy another jar?? How sweet
                I am a customer in Chenni. My customer ID 47870. This time I booked a refill on 19th and I am yet to get the supply. Last time I had to make a complaint to various people to get a refill. Water is not a scarce item like cooking gas. And coca cola being an international brand should not continue this business if they cannot supply a can of water in two days.                 I too have quit Kinley supply because of the same reason. I Now want to know how to get the deposit back. Because inspiteof repeated request to the customer care, supply manager, can closure section, of SR Water. to close my accournt, take back their empty cans & refund the deposit, no respone or action till date, since the past 2 months. lethargic attitude & poor service.

                Terrible, horrible service by Kinley. I would advise anyone planning to buy water not to do so from Kinley. They do not deliver the water even after a hundred calls, they simply ignore your calls after that. I have spoken to everyone from the manager to branch in charge- absolutely no response. They do not bother to even refund the money...Why set up a company if you cant be bothered to deliver water? I am thinking of taking legal action against them. Can anyone let me know how to go about it?
                I am customer of kinley water for the past 10 years and the service was good.But of late the supply is delayed for 3-5 days and to get water we have to follow up continuosly. It is very difficult to get the phone line and by chance I get the line the reply will be there will be delay as there is no sufficient cans available. Coco-cola being the largest selling company it is a sorry state of affairs that the customer service is not being taken care to ensure water supply.                 The new bottles of Kinley are of inferior quality which could cause tremendous damage to the reputation of the company. Kindly provide bottles with good quality plastic and uphold the name of kinley because the name of the company is not only preserved by the quality of the water but also of the bottle.

                Kinlay is cheating. I never expect this behaviour from kinlay.

                Poor Service..Cocacola should stop online bookings..pathetic customer support ...never expected poor quality service from the reputed brand
                I am based in Gurgaon and for the past one month the supply of Kinley water has been very erratic and this week I have not got any water at all. I am an old customer and our usage is 3 big bottles a week and am suffering for being a loyal customer. I am getting replies like the plant is shut, the supply of empty bottles is not there (apparently they need 22k and they have 8k ) etc. I have contacted everywhere from the dealer to the ASM to Coca Cola helpline but to no avail. Seems like the company doesn't need its customers! Without any clear indication on when the problem, if at all, be resolved, I have already started looking elsewhere... It is the same case with other people in my locality.
