However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Inability to pay whole outstanding

Sir,
I have taken loan amt. Rs. 7300 from kishht. Due to various unfavorable situations like covid, illness of family members and lost of lives in family, I was unable to pay loan amount. Now i want to settle loan outstanding balance as settlement. As of today I'm facing financial issue. So, I request to kishht team, please take my matter in consideration and looking forward to cooperate....

I have applied through kissht app on 29 April and today is 2 may from 4 days application says on hold...

I have applied for a loan to purchase a chimney. The application showed that your loan is approved but after deducting the down-payment of 1959 it reflects that your loan is not approved due to internal reasons. I contacted them through phone but no one replied. The I contacted them on chat, there is girl Rupali Angrey said your refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days in your account. Today on Feb 6 the I tried contacting them again...
