Washroom flush is broken which was repaired by kludi month back...

I am dr pragnesh vakhariya from vadodara. We have purchased two flush tanks from kludi rak. Unfortunately we are the great sufferers because there is a continuous leakage from one of the flush tanks since last 3 months. We have already complained repeatedly to the local number given to us. The person has attended the complaint twice, after lots of phone calls yet the leakage is still continued. We are highly disappointed because we have not been able to use the product since last 3 months in our master bedroom bathroom. How kind of service you have??? I am surprised that i have previously mailed for the same two months back but have not received any reply from your side!!! Kindly replace the unit my humble request to you as your service personal says that now there are no spare available as the product is discontinued for last 3 years. So he is installing the spare purchased from local market which just give away immediately after he provides the service. Thank you.
