Person visited the house for checking and stated back led light issue in TV which we were already knowing and asked him the further action which need to be done.
He states need to replace completed service of led light else it will give some issue and need to replaced at his work at 5450/-.
We agreed and when the Tv came back after repair, the assembly of TV was loose black patches on screen. We informed same but no action....

When my lg v went faulty at mysore, I contac'ted the lg service centre. the call was routed to one company 'kms home care( i really don't know how). they came and took my tv for repair telling that the IC could be faulty on 10/6/2019. they also told that they would call me the very next day. but, no call has been received from them till today. the contact number they have shown on the receipt is permanently unforgettable. they never never...
