Can you please send my post to its desired destination it's like more than 10days it's suck there I posted it on 1st March and it reached at KOL AP TMO on 4th of March and since then no progress so can you send the post as soon as possible because if it does not reach soon my seat might be taken and I have to wait for a whole year...

The consignment in concern shows that it has reached KOL AP TMO on the 13th January, but till today 2nd February, the item has not been dispatched hence a delay in the delivery.
The consignment number as provided in the indiapost site is LB[protected]DE.
Can this matter be looked into?
