Sir,
I have purchased some products and which was stuck in kolkata foreign lcao office from january 14 th with consignment number rp[protected]cn and till now no progress in the delivery updates. I gave call to them for three telephone numbers in which calls are not attending by them. When i searched for reviews and found out they dont pick calls and worst service and will hold the parcels for many days with out reason pls kindly help...

3 parcels from china airmail stuck at kolkata customs for 12 days

3 of my parcels are stuck and not yet released to the destination bangalore sub fgn post for delivery.
There is no update on the status of the parcel. The parcel should not be taking this much time for dispatching. I have been running from pillar to post to get the right person to get this resolved.
