As on today 14.02.13 I have purchased online a bunch of flowers and a greeting card for my valentine, as such I thought it will be delivered by the evening time, but no response has been seen from their side. Tried calling dozen of times, but fortunately they have set the caller tune in the BUSY mode.
They are not worthy of selling. Kindly help me out, so that my money can be refunded in time within 2 days.

Hi,
I ordered a cake to be delivered on the same day to Kolkata. The one which i ordered was a chocolate cake (as displayed in their official website) but the cake which got delivered was a totally different one, kind of vanilla. Even it was not fresh, could find out black layer of fungus inside the cake.
With prices so high and quality so so bad, I feel its a complete waste of money....

On Feb 1st, I ordered a delivery of flowers and a Mainland China coupon of Rs. 1000, priced at Rs 1375, from Kolkata Online Florist. (KOF[protected]. Only the flowers were delivered on Feb 2nd. When I tried to contact the customer care number, I found that the numbers on the website are never answered. After coming to this consumer complaint website, I found a different number through which I was able to contact someone at your company....
