I ordered a bts army box from kpoptify and then waited for three months for it i continuously asked them for the status but the same answer was given that it will be shipped and not to worry but it never came and now that i asked for a refund they are not replying back.
They haven't even given me a tracking number yet. I also tried through instagram and facebook but they aren't replying me back this is not the first time they have...
