I have made online payment for bill on 28/01/2022 through south indian bank, internet banking the money got deducted from bank, but the bill payment was not successful. My account at https://wss.kseb.in. is not showing as bill is paid. Please credit that amount back to my bank account or make the bill paid...

Dear sir, The electric post and electrical line passing close through my compound wall is dangerous. I want this electric post to be removed from this place and reinstall it at other location which is safe for all. I have personally given written complaint to the AE in Kodungallur section 2 (section no.5664) and he has assured me to have a look at it personally along with his staff (complaint dated 05/12/2015) .
