Sir i have a wagonar VXI registration no. UP-80-DA-3015 i can go to ktl service center for our regular free service in this i can told to the service manager MR.SACHIN for our car bad sercice but they can not give a proper answer or reason on service they are lot of scratch on our car and they have also a engine starting problem they both donot solve... so plz see this matter and help me......

My car no is UP 80 BY 7929 . I service my car on Dt 24/02/2015 from KTL Pvt Ltd Agra as per attachment they changed car oil/ Filters and many more parts but when i was checked my car to other dealer to cheking up the car its is perfect or not they told me sir oil is not changed. They wash your car and return you. KTL service center sucks. Your service center staff all are corrupted all are making money.
