I have a pathetic experience with kts motors. They have delayed delivery for a regular service of my maruti eeco and the spare parts required to be changed for almost 10 days.

They still can't figure out what to do. And delivered the car after a week saying they will pick up the car once spare parts arrive.

No response after continuous follow ups.

Reasons...

I had send my wagon r no mh - 01 - bg - 6158, send for accident repair on 27th august, for body work under maruto insurance, i have been given number of false promises for delivery, but not recd till date, have e mailed complain to support maruti, but no proper response and no delivery of my car, till date, i want compansation for mental & financl loss...
