I have original certificate of Kuber Dhanvrikasha certificate bearing no. 31033 & 31034. Branch code Thane branch issued on the name of Dilip Harishchandra Parab and Dipti Dilip Parab of Rs 5000 and 10000 respectively. I have not received any payment so far, whereas some of my friends who have received part payment as they submitted original to Police commissioner's office. As I was not intimated I could not do so.
Please let me know...

We have deposited a sum of Rs.5000/- for a period of 10 years on 30th Sep 1996 with the assured return of Rs.312500/- (i.e maturity date 19th Sep 2016 against folio no.19310 in the name of Rajesh Tripathi .Unfortunately, nothing has been refunded by the company.

The company issued a bond with registered folio number KDV/042/97 Payment receipt Number 026193 in the name of kuber planters, Greater kailash, new delhi with a assured sum of Rs.125000 after twenty years. I Sudesh Kumari purchased KUBER DHANVRIKSHA UNIT CERTIFICATE on 15th Feb 1997 and maturity date mentioned on the certificate is 30th Jan 2017, but not received any amount till date.
After trying hard I am not able to trace the company or details regarding its existence.

I had my fd in kubera planters limitad company in 1997 but i have not received any money from it till date and i need money now because it is very difficult to walk home....

I have subscribed with an amount of Rs. 1250/- on 31 July 1997 and the estimated maturity amount as mentioned on the certificate was Rs. 62, 500/- as on 22 July 2017. However, till date I have not received any communication from Kuber Planters Limited.

Kuber planters limited having registered office at kuber house, e-20, greater kailash-1, new delhi-110048 had issued kuber dhanvriksha unit certificates (Folio no. 34336 & 34337) each having initial investment of rs. 5000.00 on 24th nov 1996. Though the maturity date is 23rd nov 2016 but there is buy back option. I want to get my money back at this stage but i do not get any response from the company. Till date i have not heard from them or not able to refund of money. The hon'ble allahabad high court vide its order dt. 18/7/2008 had inviated claims from investors. But i could not apply in time. I request the concerned authorities to help me refunding of my invested money with interest if any.
