I had Book a service on 04th February, 2016. My Docket No. is[protected].
But no body come till today (25/02/2016). I talk to customer care in several times & they assured representative will come with in 48 hrs. My AMC is still valid. Please take necessary action.

I have bought kuchina chimney 8 months back, while the time of purchasing sales person told me that we will get free life time service and after every 3-6 months services person will visit out home and clean up the chimney. No one has come as of now and the telephone number mentioned on the bill is not functioning, no one is picking up.
Kindly look into the matter so that other people are not duped by this company and its false promises.Also...

I am using a Kuchina Sleek Chimney(model--sleek).The first servicing was done after 7 days of complaint.They charged Rs,275/- and we had to provide all materials required for the services.
HOWEVER THIS TIME WHEN WE WANTED ANOTHER SERVICE, they went on directing us from one telephone number to the other and finally after five telephone calls the service executive told us that it will take another week time for them to service...
