We went to have some sound problem fixed 1st they changed my flexing but the problem persist and i went back . Now they said the issue is in motherboard so we have installed the old flexing, i am sure its not my as now my screen flicker as well. Worse experience no skills, get it done by local but don't go to them...

Dear Sir,
I have bought one battery of LG P500 Mobile phone from Kumar Service Centre, Noida Sec.-15 on 29 june 2012, worth Rs. 900. The battery is defective. It is discharging very soon. In this regard I took that battery to the service centre for replacement. They gave me 1 week time to exchange the same. Now its over 3 week and they have not arranged the new battery. Can I have any complaint number. What should I do? Please...
