I have ordered kurta which is rs.499 worth. Shocked to see a small piece of clothing inside the package by that time i have paid cod.
When i tried for return and refund there is no response from their side.
In terms and conditions in website mentioned that return and refund will be provided within 7 days of delivery.
I tried return and refund request twice got the confirmation message on my mobile also but after that...

Dear Sir, I bought a kurti on 21.04.2013 from pune ,nagar road , phinix marcket city ,.I paid 400/- Rs for that .After one day only I washed and so much colour fed that not under a condition to ware it .IT'S A SHAME O[censored] TO KEEP SUCH PROUDCT AND CHEAT THE CUSTMOR . I want replace of it .I LL SUGGEST NEVER TO GO THERE ....
