wrong product delivered and not ready to refund

Kurtinx.com is really a fraud website i have order one kurti on 22aug, 2019 with order no. 7385 of rs 599 and they delivered just a old cloth piece which is of no use not even worth rs 50/- . I tried to contact them there number is switchoff and email address is also fake they are not responding later i have seen many review from many people like same instances. They have looted money of so many people like me our money is hard earn money...

I had ordered a kurti with gota patti work in orange colour (Semi stitched). But i received a different product, an unstitched cloth which was in self print and not at all similar to what i had ordered. My reference number is 2712.
I have also sent the product back as that was what was their return policy. I had also written a mail to them within 24 hours.

Hey i have ordered a kurti from kurtinx.com which mrp 499 and 100 rupee shipping charges order no was 5028. They diliver me a completely different product, which is totally different from the original product and low in quality
And now they r not replying to email and the number they gave is switched off. Please take some action against them
