We have reserved tickets with below details via goibibo, i have received an email from kuwait airways stating that the tickets got cancelled from their end, however no refund news from goibibo.

I had a return ticket with kuwait airways from delhi to london. When i landed back in delhi, i couldn't find one of my checked in strolley bags. The ground staff was very impolite and not of any help. It's been more than 30 days since this incident and i've tried so hard to contact these people but in vain. No sympathy or compensation. irresponsible customer care service
Due to snow fall in us - jfk airport, kuwait airways ku 118 landed in ottawa canada and we have been asked by kuwait airways to use the hilton hotel accomodation + food, where kuwait airways representatives told us that we can claim it later point of time (It was one night stay at hilton gardens)... But it was really terrible, i have sent around 10 mails to kuwait airways customer service department to help to sort out my claims... But till...

I had a connecting flight from New York to Kuwait on Aug-18th but my flight from Dallas to NY was late and due to weather conditions I missed my connecting flight. I had to stay in NY for one complete one day because I had the same Kuwait Airways flight next day at night.
