dear sir,
I have BSNL Rs. 625 plan - broadband scheme. But my download speed is 15 kb/s..
i can complaint many times but there is no help for me.. sometime i angry with my family.
some of the sites are opening and some are not. so i am very sad because my study is affected .
i am B.Tech mechanical student so sir you know for engineering study internet is very imported. so plese help me to increase my internet...

For the last about 3 months we are facing problem in our broadband connection installed at telephone number 234565 at Sirsa city. Inspite of our many written and telephonic complaints, the problem is still as it was. Inspite of the efforts from telephone department, the fault has not been rectified and now it seems that now they are not having any solution for this problem.
