I'm a partner at ronish baxter company and given the latest scheme of the government in nurturing and building capacity for growth of an sme via cgtmse scheme, i had approached lakshmi vilas bank to understand the benefits they can provide. The branch manager at janpath branch had absolutely no idea about the scheme and asked me to leave this scheme as the regional officer amul verma isn't keen on this government scheme and only wants collateral and will provide lending on 50% of the property value.

Without reviewing the business plan or anything of that sort they closed my case and said only when substantial collateral is in place to visit again. I asked about corporate cards, the sign board in the branch mentions tie-up with sbi however the person laughed at said "don't waste time as it is we are in a loss".

I'm amazed at this banking structure led by amul verma. He clearly is an egoistic man who has been given this position and isn't doing his job rightfully on scheme's which have been endorsed by the prime minister of india himself in parliament.

Customer be Aware of this fraud and mislead.
I am totally convinced by Ronish Baxter. There are too many complaints and problems I am facing after opening the account in this bank.
Well i don't know about this bank much but it is at the bank's discretion to give collateral free loan as there this is public money which they have deposited to banks on trust.

    Sir i d. Muthusaravanan 80% disability. Getting indian oil petrol bunk having cc45 lacks. Due lot of bad debts i orgaise private loan manager not realise even labour salary eb. Bank manager interfere my business harsh me to take partner of guartener... Se very time i request to allow to run business. She refused.

    Now i am ho hospitalised not able organise extra funk due to manager make understand with my guarantet hold business.

      I used my SBI debit card on a POS maintained by Lakshmi Vilas Bank for filling petrol from Murughan Auto Fuel Agencies on 10/12/2017 for Rs. 2000/-. On 12/12/2017, a debit of Rs. 50/- was seen on my account and shown as surcharge on fuel. Whereas, there is no surcharge for refilling in petrol pumps. I get a .75 % incentive from other petrol pumps where they use POS machines of HDFC bank. When inquired about the same to the fuel agency, they give the reply that they only get Rs. 2000/- to their credit.

        I had open account on lakshmi vilas bank, since 4 months i dint receive my internet banking mpin... An regularly keeping on asking the bank.. They saying next week next week like that... They said at 1st the pin reached my home, but i dint get any acknowledgement that it reached me... Then i had an message, my pin was sent to bank... After i asked the bank... They saying it will come after 1 week... And it's been 3 months.. I get the same repley... Without mpin.. How can i online transfer jy money... Only for online transaction i opened current account... Ireally frustrated... Though it was an current account, is that possible transaction without internet banking...?... What you guys say... Please solve my concern soon... As it's already 4 months...

          Sir, i am a nri customer now living in kerala. I have a sizable, long term, nri deposit
          I opened a new, india account in rupees on 06/10/2017 at your thrissur branch. I was surprised to find that a negative (-) balance of rs.531/-
          As opening balance was shown.! Never heard or seen such an opening start!. I reported this to your local office. Kindly correct the anomaly. / seshadri

            I have account in lakshmi vilas bank rajahmundry my account details for last 4 years (My current and savings data are leak) by this bank i have already given to the complaint to the branch manager please take action but nothing happen and i has request to please send the mail to your main corporate office some body leak the account details but that manager not taken action my name is vikram kumar

            but stile not process and now he said me come on monday

              Sir i run a small business so i have to take 10rs coins from customer,

              But when i go to deposite 10rs coin to
              Lakshmi vilas bank, bhilwara, rajasthan

              Full address of bank-54, bhandari plaza, rajendra marg, opp nagar parisad, rajendra marg, bhopal ganj, bhilwara, rajasthan 311001

              But when i go to above bank for deposite 10rs coin they deny/refuse to take them.
              They totally decline to take a coin and they also said me that "they will never take a single 10rs coin you can go for complaint anywhere"

              Please its my humble request to take necessary action against the above bank there are many people like me.. We will highly obliged

              You Simply write a complaint to RBI Bank with all details which you have. Mention the detailed issue which you faced from that bank that you can get some suitable solution from them.

                Dear concern
                You people are allready fail to provide service to customer. Your branch staff dont know how to attend the customer they are like builshit management. Call centre are not able to provide any details they even can't take my request for statement for each n every thing why should i visit home barnch. Totally frusted with your service no statement, not answering call, you people are hardly next 4 to 5 years in banking. Your bank future is no more because the kind of service you are providing to customer & if i'm not receving proper reply then banking ombutsman doar is open for me to file case against with this thirdclass bank.

                  Lakshmi Vilas Bank has announced Junior Officer Recruitment notification(JO_Adv.No.-160615.pdf) on April and as per the notification, the tentative exam date was any time on May. But till today (as of 18th June), there is no response or mail from LVB to call for the examination or Admit card.they are not responding to our mail too..pls get our money back

                      I am the one of the customer of Lakshmi Vilas Bank in Gobichettipalayam Erode. They are not treat customers in manner. Even though they are not giving the information about deposits. I can give an example, I opened the account in that branch(gobichettipalayam). They told me to get at evening 4 o clock so i went and asked them. But they insulted and told me to come on next morning after 12 o clock. As usual i go and ask but they told that that is busy time so asked to me to come after 4 o clk. Again i went at 4:30pm. even though i went at the time which noted by them, they dumped me up to 5:30 pm. this is the way to treat customers this is the only one example still more there.

                        Sir,
                        Kindly note that i sourabh kumar goyal s/o naresh kumar goel an account holder of lakshmi villas bank panipat branch (Code 0530) vide account number c/a [protected].

                        Sir, also note that my self given cheque in favour of m/s bajaj finance limited (Cheque number 000001, date 05 may 2012, issued to m/s bajaj finance, amount 4, 167 rupees four thousand one hundred sixty seven rupees only). Got bounced on dated 05/05/2012 due to unknown reason. Available balance was on 05 may 2012 in my a/c rupees 14, 117 (Fourteen thousand one hundred seventeen rupees only).

                        Sir due to bank’s fault i had to suffer a lot but they refuse to return the cheque dishonor charges made by lakshmi villas bank & bajaj finance limited to me. Of amount rs 224.72/- (Rs two hundred twenty four rupees & seventy two paise only) from lakshmi villas bank & rs 700/- (Rs seven hundred only) by bajaj finance company.

                        Sir also note that instead of repeated mail to the all senior concerned department they are neither replying me nor they are interested in solving my problem.

                        Lvb is absolute in cheque processing issues... I'm monish who got affected due to cheque issues in lvb... After i stoped the cheque they charged me 50 as a cheque cancellation charges on 9th april 2016. Then on 12th april2016 they charged 172rs saying that it is cheque return charges... How can i get return charges after i stopped my cheque and stopped cheque charges also they debited??
