Hi,

I moved in a rented flat on 14th April in Mumbai and due to my physical condition i decided to leave the city so just after completion of 1 month i gave notice to my landloard through my broker that i am going to vacant the flat. even i vacated the flat before given time. and now when i am asking for my security deposit which is 70000. my lanloard is denying to give this money, as i told after entering the flat my health condition was not good so i didnt check with my broker and now after vacating the flat i observed that landlord didnt sign on lease agreement and now he is harrasing me because he know that i cant do anything.

I am already very tensed and not able to identify the action of course.

pls help me here and advice me what can i do?

on 15th march Saturday 2014, we came to banglore with reason for my husband jobs, job has done, we had desided flat on rentn so I had given the token amountRS 10000 to landloard for fixed out the room, in banglore marathali, butdue to some documentaiton but he company has denied my husba now I husband is loose his job from the organaisation so we want to go back mumbai again but land lord is not returning the total amount to me.please help out

I have taken the house in lease for 2 years for 2.5 lac (payment mode cheque) E-Stamp Certificate number:IN-KA[protected]K . According to the agreement and sub clause, I have given 3 months notice verbally on 27th Oct 2013 for vacating the house and the recording of this i have because he told me he will not sine any paper. Yesterday (12/12/13) he is telling whatever you want to do you can do, i am not going to give back your money before 2 years . Please find the attach copy of the agreement and help me.
