This is the third time that this is happening. I order a product which shows as in stock and delivery in 2-3 days. There is no news for 10 days. No response to mails, call and obviously no communication from their side. When I do mange to get through to the landline for the customer service - a standard reply Sir we will check and call you back in one hour. this also obviously never happens. After a heated conversation and complaint...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Wrong delivery of book
I had ordered 'The fourth Estate' by Jeffrey Archer, 2010 edition, publisher - Pan Macmillan, priced INR 315.
Somehow they delivered me a '97 edition by publisher - Harper Collins, priced INR 199.
I called them 'n' no. of times, but still my query isn't resolved, and its been a month now.
Neither are they replacing the book, nor sending the remaining amount back.
Such a _ company....
