Though the estimated time of delivery was yesterday 26th Aug'14, & after several calls made to the Customer care, & mailing, they come back saying when i called them that it will be dispatched today !! No mail responses, no information..no updates...request you to please take action. Horrible Service !!...

Received WAKE UP SID movie which has same parts (both are part1). I called number of times, left bundles of emails. no one responded.Its my favorite movie. disgusting Landmarkonthenet with late delivery too.

Customer care people wont respond to the calls.these ppl should be sued....

I ordered my book on 13 May 2012, 6:32 p.m. The delivery estimate date was 17 May 2012. But I have not yet received thee book. I was informed there were some technical problems and hence thee delay in thee delivery. But when thee books were finally delivered, it was a wrong product!!!

I have bought a Micromax Fun Book from Landmarkonthenet.com on April 19, 2012 by prepaying the order amount as there was no COD option and promised a delivery date of April 23. But when I didn't receive this by april 25th , I registered a complaint with the website and some one called the next day and said they have backlog of pending orders so it will be delivered by next two days. Then again when I didn't receive the item I again...

I had cancelled order O[protected] placed in Landmarkonthenet on 25-June-2011 in the beginning of July as Landmark did not have the books I ordered on stock. I received a sms from them saying that the amount of the order would be refunded into my HSBC credit card account in 10 days. I still have not received the refund.

Moreover, the number mentioned on their website for grievance addresal is continously busy and I can reach...

I have complaint against the landmarkonthenet.
1. Its been 10 days now and no status update from their side as to what was done to my order - O[protected]
2. I have already sent 3 mails but no reply.
3. Nobody picks up the customercare number that they have provided on the site. There's no grievance forum on site .
Its a matter of great shame for landmarkonthenet as it is one of the tata enterprises and...
