I bought a product, they took the money but never delivered the order. After trying everything not the email address and website is also not working and every other information is fake.

I had ordered a gaming chair from the website however the item was not sent. Have paid on 12th april and came to know that site is fake. Kindly look into it and help me get my money back. Money was paid through paytym I can initiate and refund. site lappygreek.in

I ordered a CPU cabinet from this website on 12/4/23 of rupees 1934 how ever the item was not delivered to me and I contact and mailed them but they are not responding and now the website is also closed.
