I have given my mobile for repair. They completely ruined my mobile which is not is working now. He assured me for other repairs in future when I called he denied for service. I have given for speaker issue for my mobile, by the name of repairing he repaired the speaker and ruined the flashlight by charging 10, 000. I raised a complaint over it he charged 1500/- then repaired the flashlight and ruined the sim slot. Now the mobile is not in working condition

I, Dilpreet singh student from IIT Madras gave my laptop for fixing the problem in my left part of the laptop on 13 november 2014.
The Service centre engineer told me that there is a problem in hinge and they will be looking it and inform me on my telephone. The next day they called me up and told that the hinge has got some problem and it will be replaced at a cost of 1800 rs. I asked them to replace it. Afterwards when i went to collect my laptop I found that they just stick the broken part with glue.
I asked the service centre engineer that this issue has not been resolved and you have done a rework for which they were charging the cost of replacement and this will surely trouble me again. The engineer gave me assurance that he will do any future rework on that part free of cost.
Now today 25 april 2015 when i have come again for rework these service centre people have denied directly to do the work
