I have booked a flat on 07 Jan 2023 and paid 50000 as booking/LOI amount, but due to some personal reason i have to cancel the flat.

I visited L&T office next day for cancellation, they are saying that booking amount is non refundable as per clause mentioned in booking form.

Please assist me for refund of booking amount

I had paid amount of 1 Lakh INR as Expression of interest (EOI) for the new Upcoming project LnT WEST SQUARE located at Sewaood, Navi Mumbai.

This EOI amount was supposed to be totally refundable (have email confirmation of the same) within 45 days

For certain reasons, the deal was not successful and i had to cancel the booking.
Now the concerned person is not replying to my emails. they were on email contact with me from Dubai.
It is already more than 2 months now since the deal was cancelled, and there is no communication for refund and they are not replying to my emails.

L&t realty has failed in promised written deadline given to us for possession. New dates unknown!
But more so, i am anguished by lack of responses from l&t realty. I am sure they are facing their own troubles and issues relating to non-grant of permissions, but not-responding to customers, to me is totally an unprofessional approach!
My personal sms and calls, and emails, remain un-answered, from their sales head as also their md.
From rumor mills i hear the permissions are delayed, for further construction, at emerald isle, a multi tower site coming up at saki-vihar road, powai. If someone has a clue on whats happening, will be appreciated
