I visited the service centre itself but i was really disappointed with this kind of hospitality they provided me.My problem was neglected at every point. neglegance of my complaints regarding my SIM TRAY.Kindly help me out to prove that XOLO is capable of standing in market and fulfilling the needs of customer.I shall be highly thankful to you.

I purchased Lava IrisX5 smart phoneFrom their dealers CVMobiles, Olavakkod, Palakkad, kerala, on13 12 2015, It developed some trouble and I paid Rs 200 to rectify it Again on14 10 2015 I had to give it for servicing, and I amtold it is sent to somewhere for service. I am worried about the company"s unhelpful and indifferant attitude request action...
