Ordered 2 books and paid but not showing in the order confirmed

1. I ordered a book Nani Palkhivala : A Role Model [HB] by Maj Gen. Nilendra Kumar on 5th May 2022 that was shown available on the website of Law-all.com- Ajit Law’s Online Bookstore, based in Pune.
2. Till 10th May there was no update on the order nor any communication from the website. Hence, I contacted on the contact number provided on the website and he was told that he would be updated in 5 minutes. Thereafter I did not get...

The Above are the order details for which I received the acknowledgment email after making online payment. Post that their was no update so I called the phone number provided in contact details on 10th May 2022. The person on other side promised me to call back in 5 minutes with the update of the order. Post that there was no call and they have stopped taking my phone calls as well.
All the reviews I came across over here are about the physical location and the shop. As far as online business is concerned these people seem to me as complete fraud.
By now, If they do not have a book ordered by me, they should have returned my money or communicated to me for more time. Forget all that, they are not taking my calls as well.
All those who wish to order on Law-all.com please beware of such practices and be warned for the same

I placed a prepaid order with delivery charges for the lawbooks with law-all.com on 20.05.2017 and was assured of delivery in 4-5 days. Today more than 12 days have elapsed but I am yet to receive the books. My emails have not been returned and on telephone assurances are given of delivery everyday. But no delivery has been made so far. An awful experience.
