Dear sir,
Pls solve my problem because my handset of lemon, model no. Pearl 205 is in warranty period, I bought it 8 Feb. 2017 but not done service in service centre of Kanpur because they said your handset is out of warranty, but my handset is in warranty according to Bill of retailer. .

Pls solve my problem, I want to sevice properly of my handset.
