I endorse the negative experience most of the users have had with leo care.
Avoid them by all means.
They are very unprofessional, rude and menacing.
Their address mentioned in their website and bill is fake.
Their packing staff do not listen to your directions when instructed and even point blank refuse to follow your instructions in some cases.
Office staff is rude. I got the impression that they are impudent novices who just are just starting out in the business.
Most of the google reviews i suspect are fake and done by paid reviewers.
I have used other packers and movers over the years multiple times and my experience with these guys are the worst.
They do not use their own vehicle but a third party's which do not have a hard cover and a provision for locking it.
Holding to ransom - as a company policy holding customer's household goods to ransom is a company policy. They do not say anything about full payment but while the goods are enroute they demand full payment in a rude tone. Nothing wrong is asking for payment but the manner in which they go about it is extremely disconcerting.
Save yourselves trouble by avoiding them.

I am basically from bangalore and my company shifted me to thrissur (kerala) so i was looking for some packers and i ask for 3 courtation and i finalize leo care & packers since they was charging the highest amount and they promise me that they will do load and unload. So i thought since they are charging more amount so even the service will be good. They took all me belongings on 20/04/2017 and they said that i have to pa some advance amount as token advance and once my luggage reach thrissur i can pay the rest amount and they promise that all my belongings will reach by 23/04/2017. So my wife and daughter left bangalore on 22/04/2017 night and reach thrissur by 23/04/2017 morning. Once they reach i tried to call the number which is in bill address. So the way they spoke to me i got shocked... They said, you did not paid the total amount so how your luggage will reach thrissur. You clear the money 1st then we will see. They are not ready to accept there ward while shifting they told. So i call to his marketing guy number mr. Sonu kumar ([protected]) and he is also not ready to listen any thing and said that you clear the total amount first. I was not having any option since i have my daughter with me who was just 3 month old. I clear all there money and i called them then they was like very rough to me i requested that i have a small baby so please make it little fast because for making hot water also i was no having anything and they was like ok, what we will do, that is you kid you take care... So i stay in hotel and my all belongings come on 28/04/2017 which suppose to reach on 23/04/2017. After thing come to thrissur no one come for unload and when i ask driver he said that unload i have to do from my side and i was like mad because that promised while shifting they will only do unload but i was not having option with me still i called him again but they lied. So i unload with this union people again i paid rs 5000 to this people extra. After paying so much big amount they did not care my belongings my bike was scratches completely destroy. Fan, almirah, gas stove, kitchen equipment and so many other thing they broke completely. The most surprise thing the address they given in paper they do not have any office there.

One of the big cheater packers in bengaluru. I will suggest never use there service.They will make you full like anything.This people not have any humanity also. Bloody cheaters.

The leo care packers and movers offered to unload stuf[censored]npack stuff while relocating from kannur to kerelqa, they have charged me 24590 rupees including taxes which included unpacking and unloading charges. i had got a quotation of 15000, from other packers and movers company but they clearly mentioned they wont be reloading, but these guys from leo care packers and movers were well aware of labour issues in kerela which i figured out later,...
