I had purchased a couple products online on 14th June 2023 and one of the products was delivered on 16th June 2023. Since it was a trusted brand I did not retain the hard copies of the bill.

I used the product for a week and the sole of the slippers are wearing out and the slipper is losing its stitches.

I visited a nearby store and tried to return the products but they were of no help and suggested me to speak with the customer care. Later i contacted their customer care and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience but the return period is only 7 days and we cannot help you out. I further sent emails but they did not bother to respond to any of my emails.

I have pictures of the damaged product but unable to attach it here.

Kindly, refund the money for this product (Rs.1499) so I will be able purchase a better product from a good brand.

      I had scheduled the return. Delivery person has taken the Ajio parcel which had black AND dress instead of Lifestyle

      I had to return the Ajio but I could not
      Who is responsible for this
      I tried reaching lifestyle no response

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes and accessoires

        The issue that I have experienced was: This order was placed on 9th april 2022.
        I came to know on 14th April that my order status is showing items worth apprx 3000 have delivered. I called thrir customer care.
        They said it has been delivered on 11th april.

        After making frequent calls, on 29th april, a staff member named Sanjay came at 9.00am to our home.

        We showed him proof in our society security log book ... that nobody entered our society from lifestyle fr our delivery on 11th april

        Then he showed his courier signature log book. Our delivery was signed by someone 'Savitri '. There is no one in my floor named as Savitri.
        In building, there are 250 flats ...i cant go n check each flat.

        The courier boy then confessed that it is his mistake n requested us to ignore the matter because his job will be lost otherwise.

        According to us, He misplaced or lost it.
        But he went back and gave wrong feedback to his department that we are lying.

        Again i got a call yesterday, 11th May, the executive repeated the same old things that your package had been delivered, check with your neighbors etc. We cant refund money.

        Seriously, , , , i dont understand in last mail, they assured me that they have finally understood what the problem is---that packet has been misplaced by delivery person and he has shown fake signature to hide his crime.

        This crime is being unnoticed by their team. Everytime i write a mail and make phone call, it goes to a new executive. Atleast 20 times i have repeated my conversation with their team. I have been continuously informing them that i have electronic proofs that nobody delivered or entered our soceity. But they are not tsking matter seriously.

        It is a joke to them. Every time a new executive receives mail or call, and they try to promise false positive things and they are just in hurry to keep the phone so that they are saved from hassles of resolving it. It has become a meery go round. Pathetic customer care.

        It occurred on: 11/04/2022

        Refund my money.

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            I ordered a Pepe Jeans shirt from LIFESTYLE.IN and it was a prepaid order of 2099 Rs its showing that the order is delivered at 9:08 Pm 17 April but i didn't receive the order .I didn't even got a call from the delivery agent Nor it was provided by the lifestyle company.Please help me to get my refund .Order id is [protected].

              Order id : [protected] ..Soo I ordered this T-shirt from lifestyle stores app and got it delivered on 9th of march since then I’ve been contacting customer care through mail and call coz of the wrong product delivered to me and everytime I’ve been told to wait for 24-48 hrs they then take the whole week saying the same thing again and again and then comes Saturday and Sunday wherever they’re like “mam sat and Sunday are non working days soo please contact us on Monday “and then again on Monday they ask me to wait for 24-48 hrs..this thing is going on loop from 9th of march and even after creating a return request they then cancel it without any reason and when I asked them they’re like “mam coz of some technical issue it got canceled”.I’ve already shared the images of the product multiple times and even after sharing the images I’ve been told to share the images again and again whenever I contact them..I even asked them if I could return the product to my nearest store then they’re like no mam online products can’t be returned to the store..I’m literally soo pissed right now i don’t even know what to do..i asked for a senior callback but no one called and now they’ve even stopped replying to my mails…WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED..my product is still not picked up and I’m soo sure you’re not going to do anything about it coz obviously you got the money I guess that’s what you do to your every customer…I WANT THE REFUND OF MY PRODUCT THATS IT

                These are the Mails I’ve sent and this is the mail i got that too 3days back!! asking me to share the pictures again which I’ve already shared multiple times !!! but i did shared the pictures again but still got no response..

                  Hi,

                  Ordered 3 items through order number #[protected] and returned all the three were returned on 29-Jan-2022 and received SMS confirmation too (screenshot attached)

                  In spite of returning 3 items I received payment for only 2 items.

                  With regard to the above, please issue the refund for the remaining one returned item at the earliest. As its more than 1 month now.

                    At 11pm I receive a message that my order has been delivered, however, it was not received by me or my family members. Infact the delivery executive did not even call me. Lifestyle failed to provide delivery executive’s number to me as well. It was a prepaid order. Have already complained by calling in their customer care but no formal mail or message has been received on my complaint.

                        My order number #[protected] was partially delivered and then online it was shown as complete order delivered. Why are you doing fraud with online customers. Your customer service is horrible and NO ONE responded in Twitter Facebook or email too. For my order you are making me beg!! This is my first order through you and already having my worst experience. Kindly look into before I lodge a Complaint in National Consumer.

                          Horrible customer service from Lifestyle Stores.

                          I had returned 2 items under order #: [protected] on 30-oct-21
                          (Waybill No for Bluedart pickup was [protected])

                          The returned shipment had reached the warehouse on 31-Oct, however, the refund of only 1 item has been issued on 24-November after following up multiple times over phone and email.

                          I am still waiting for a refund for the second item. This is a pain for the customer to follow up multiple times on this without resolution.

                            I had ordered a Puma shoe order no.[protected] on June 26.After 4 days, I requested the customer executive to cancel the order as cancel option was not available on my page.He did it and said I will get updates about it within 48 hrs.Days passed but nor update neither any action taken.So I refused to accept during delivery, as mentioned in their page itself.From that day, I am waiting for the refund, Calling them again n again, sending emails and what not.But no action.First of all they will pick 1 out of your 50 calls.And when they will, they will have just one single solution that they will update within 48 hrs.But till now no update and no refund.Please help me regarding this.

                              I had ordered a shoe.Then after 3 days I requested the customer executive to cancel the product as cancel option was not visible on my page.He raised a cancel request and said I will get updates regarding cancel within 48 hrs.But days passed but no update.So when it reached, I refused to accept the order.But they are not giving my money refund.I have called the customer executive around 50 times, out of which they have received a few times.I have sent a number of emails too.And everywhere everytime, they have a same solution that they are trying and will update me within 48 hrs.But till now, not a single updatw neither money refund.I wonder if it's a fraud company.Don't know how many more days I have to wait to get my money back!🙃

                                The order#[protected] consisted of 6 items out of which one was cancelled by #lifestylestores.com and as per them they have delivered remaining 5 products but I did not receive on of the products (GINGER Solid Treggings). As per them they delivered this product along with others on 19th June 2019 but when I opened the parcel the The order#[protected] consisted of 6 items out of which one was cancelled by #lifestylestores.com and as per them they have delivered remaining 5 products but I did not receive on of the products (GINGER Solid Treggings). As per them they delivered this product along with others on 19th June 2019 but when I opened the parcel one product was not there in it. I informed them about the same on the very next day and a complaint was raised. Since then I contacted them on numerous occasions and I was advised to wait as the concern team is yet to give a resolution. I waited trusting them and believed that they would fix this issue as I have been shopping from the site since 2017. But to my surprise they sent an email on 13th July 2019 stating they have delivered the product in question and they cannot do anything about my complaint.
                                I really need your help in this matter. Kindly, get the product delivered or refund the money.

I have returned 3 products to courier person on march 13th 2019 after that i have called lifestyle customer care executives more than 10 times to return my money they have told we have updated this issues wait for 3 days almost 1 month done still i have not received my money yet and the way with talking with customers rudely and they dont know how to behave with customers i ask consumer to take action against this seller for not returning money for 1 month i will update the email queries which i got it from lifestylestores.com. I will ask customers dont ever by products in this stores they will hold your money for unknown reasons and their executives behaviour also bad so plz i request customers dont buy products in this site lifestylestores.com they are money frauds

                                    For my wife birthday, I ordered a set of top and bottom pajamas.
                                    The company only shipped one piece of it and never shipped the second piece. When I called and complained - they gave me a complaint number. But they keep closing the compliant without resolving the issue.

                                    I even spoke to the customer service supervisor, who said they will resolve the issue in two business days. Buy even after 10 days they have not even responded to my emails.

                                    This is a fraudster company and they need to refund my money with an apology for making me miss my wife's birthday present. They are Scoundrels Thieves.
