Ordered a lamp on 28th oct. 2021 but there is no response from the seller, no replies on email and now the site is also not reachable.payment has been done and now no response....

We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. But no response after 2 weeks. Initially they had a customer live chat tool on website. During working hours somebody named Priya representing the company replied stating product dispatched even though no shipping details as mentiond by company email was received. But after 24th October 2021, they removed it as well. Now the domain Lightdecorhome.in/ also...

Website looks fraud as cannot register and neither have any updates as product not arrived...
