I have purchased mobile from lightinthebox website. They ship the parcel with extra amount charged on the name of costome tax. They didnt imform me about tax at the time of purchase.
I refuse to accept delivery as they charged me extra amount. I have return back the parcel. It is more than 1 month of return the parcel but i havent receive my refund. Even lightinthebox costomer care msg me that they will not refund...

Dear sir, iam ordered my product in lightinthebox website of china and i had given the payment also and they told me that the product will be come on 3 to 4 days but still i did not get my product its passes 40 days now.. First they tell me that product will come from 10 days via express delivery but after 10 days they tell my product will come october 20 and now they are telling november 20 and there is no guarantee from them so please help...

Sir i had order smartphone in lightinthebox
With express expedited delievery of 4-10 days with full payment. But still it is not come it passed 15 days. They told the product i will get 18th september but today still i didnt get and they are not responding properly.. And yestarday they said 22nd september product will shipp, i think they are joking with me so please give me solution.....
