Liv pure fixed the water filter but whilst doing so the liv pure lights went off. Does it take 45da6s to repair?

This request was raised on 6th sep 2019. But post that despite repeated follow ups with customer care, there was absolutely no progress on the ticket even after 5 days. The customer service always has the same answer that ticket will be forward to the local service provider and do nothing post receiving the complaint.
