We invested Rs. 13910 in cumulative deposit scheme in 1997 with llyods Finance and we have still not received any benifits or payments from it. We have done numerous follow ups but no response. Can you please advise how to get the benifit. It should be grown now to 4, 28, 000.

I have deposited Rs.10000/- as F.D. vide receipt No.[protected] dt. 24/6/1998 maturity date was 24/02/2003. I have surrender my FD Receipt to Lloyd Finance Ltd Pune office. I have send several times reminder letters to Calcutta as well as Mumbai office. When Datar Committe was established in December, 2012, I have visited to Mumbai office. they replied they are clearing
the FD's . But till date problem remains the same. Please help us to get the money. Hoping your favorable reply.

My wife had a FD of Rs 10000/- with above company.The FD has been maturated on 3rd March 2001.The original copy has been deposited in their Indore office on 17thJanuary 2002.Since then we had telephonic talk several times with their Indore office but even after following their instruction we are unable to get our refund.We have contacted their Chairman Special committe 2nd Floor Viraj Impex House 47 PD Melo Road Mumbai 400009.But so far nothing has been received by us.

Non Refund of Matured FD Amount

We had invested 8000/ in Lloyds Finsnce Ltd's MONEY DOUBLER FD on 28.05.1997 that was to be matured on 28.04.2001.It's going to be a decade after the maturity but we haven't even received the Original Principal Amount- forget the Interest.

We all had invested our hard Earned money in an MNC which was approved by our Finance Ministry to accept the FD and am sure that all the formalities for arrangement of Refund in case the Company is not able to pay anything ( let assume a 1% ) could have been secured, but it's really grif to note that nothing has been done by now.
I request our much believed Judiciary System & The Committee to please do the needful in this regard.
Hope to get the matter resolved and possibility to get our money back.

Lloyd finance — NON REFUND OF THE FD AMOUNT
Payment of Balance Amount against Deposit Ref: FD/PR-[protected] & FD/PR-[protected]As per the guidelines of the Company Law Board, it was decided to repay the amount of the above two fixed deposits in five installments. Till date, I have received three installments against each of the above deposits. My fourth instalment, which was due in the year 2003-04, has not been paid so far.
I have been writing letters to their senior management in the past but no payment has been made so far.

I totally agree. today i met a retired professor from IIT Bombay who is aged about 75yrs and a patient of Parkinson. He has invested Rs.120000/- in Lloyes Finance in 1994. Despite several letters and a legal notice there is no reply so far.That is why i searched this site.

Non payment of FD maturity
We have Fixed Deposit in 1998 with Llyods Finance in Ahmedabad city.
Below are Fixed Deposit numbers

We have only received partial amounts in all deposits after several visit to your Ahmedabad office.
We have also given change in our resident address for all the deposit.
We regret to say in-spite of visits and phone call we are not receiving our fixed deposit money back.

I have invested Rs.-10000/-in 10.09.1997 through fdr no[protected]in LLYOD FINANCE ltd. in BHOPAL CITY.but I have received Rs. 6000/ in the year 2001 with the assurance that the rest of the amount Rs.4000/-alongwith interest WILL BE GIVEN IN THE NEXT YEAR i..e.in the year 2002 but till then after repeated correspondence at your Indore office i could not get any response pl help me in getting back my money my residential address is also changed by the time .I am AMIT BHAI TRIVED previously residing at JABALPUR now at bhopal add-RH/3, ROYAL HOMES, CHUNA BHATTI KOLAR RD.BHOPAL

Non payment of FD maturity amount
We, BIMLA SINHA joint with SITA RAM SINHA, had deposited an amount of Rs.9129.00 as Fixed Deposit with M/s Lloyd Finance Ltd. The F D Receipt No. is [protected]/1 dated 10.05.1997. As per terms the maturity amount of Rs. 14999.00 was payable on 18.05. 2000, however, the company has not paid the same. After discharging, the deposit receipt was already sent to the Company. I also have the same complaint as the Lloyds Finance Ltd. had not the payment on maturity of FDRs
I have deposited Rs 30000/ in 3 FDs of Rs 10000/ each and all the FDs are matured in 1999 but inspite of several letters and tele talks no one from Liod Finance has responded to even communicate the present status
Think what a pity condition the customers like senior citizens of 70 yrs old are facing due to not getting their hard earned money.

I had deposit Rs. 15000/- & 15000/- Dated-04/06/1998 in the name of my mother Mrs Kusum Devi Nagars jointly with me for 12 Months in money multiplier scheme, @ Rate of Intrest 15.00%, Maturity Date-04/06/1999 vide certificate no 045**** & 045****. After 3-year company returned Rs.4500/- & 4500/- saying this is the First Installment of 30% and remaining 2 instalment will be repaid in subsequent in 2 Years. But nothing had come after that.
I will be glad if someone can assist me in getting back my hard earned money.
Please help me to get my money.
