Non payment of FD maturity amount
Sir,
I had deposited Rs. 11000 as FD no.[protected] / 1 with Lloyds finance on 10.06.1998 . This matured on 03.05.1999 with amount Rs. 12705. They had repaid Rs. 3300 on 01.05.2000. After that they had neither repaid any amount nor replied to my letters.
I will be thankful if helped to get the balance amount.

Non payment of FD maturity amountWe, LAKSHMANA RAO MANDA & RAMA DEVI MANDA had deposited an amount of Rs.15, 000/- EACH as Fixed Deposit with M/s Lloyd Finance Ltd. The F D Receipt Nos are C/[protected] & C/[protected] dated 09.10.1998. As per terms the maturity amount of Rs. 34500.00 was payable on 09.10. 1999, however, the company has not paid the same. After discharging, the deposit receipt was already sent to the Company. Please help.
Lloyds Finance Limited/ Deposit — non refund of deposit money and interest thereon
I had deposited a sum of Rs.9000/- with their Gwalior office on31.12.1996 under theirMoney Doubler scheme. The deposit was due for payment on 30.11.2000. The company issued me a deposit receipt no.C/[protected] dated 07/01/1997.By the time the deposit was due for payment the company had closed their Gwalior office.
I submitted the deposit receipt for payment to their Ahemadabad Office as per advice of the company,on13.11.2001 through courier. I sent several reminders to the company to their Ahemadabad and Bombay HQ but with no response. I also wrote to Reserve Bank of India, Deptt of Non Banking Supervision who advised me to approach the Special Committee appointed by the High Court under the Chairmanship of Justice A B Palkar, vide their letter no. DNBS.MRO.GRCNo.6932/08.07.14/2006-07 dated 14 December 2006
Accordingly I requested the special committee also on 10.01.2007 but with no results. I now submit my request to you for necessary action.

non payment of fd amount and interest thereof since dec 1996
I deposited rs 10000/- vide lloyds finance receipt no c/[protected]/2 dtd 24/12/1996 with maturity amount of Rs14049/- as on 11/12/1998, so far the company has paid me Rs 6000/- only vide their cheque no 021824 dtd 20/09/1999, informing me that second instalment of Rs 4000/- was payable to me on or before 11/12/2000.
After that nothing has been paid to me, inspite of my having written to them time and again.

Non-payment of FDRs Deposit matured in 1999,
LLOYDS FINANCE LIMITED
Myself and wife deposited with Lloyds vide F.D.Receipts Nos. [protected], [protected] and [protected] in July, 1998 which matured in July, 1999. I am more than 67 years old. The Law of our country always favors the Industrialists. Despite CLB, Bombay 2 orders, the Lloyds failed to repay the deposits as per the payment schedule and the RBI was unable to look in to the details/grounds on which the CLB decided to declare the payment schedule in its 2 orders. The last letter dated 2.4.2009 I received from the Special Committee, appointed by Hon’ble High Court at Bombay that my case has been considered on compassionate ground, subject to availability of funds. I have approached repeatedly, the Lloyds, CLB, Reserve Bank of India, Special Committee appointed by Hon’ble Court, Bombay and PMO and the correspondence has become more than 200 pages. I do not know, at this old age of more than 67 years and ailing health whom should I approach. During these more than 10 years, the value of my deposits has been reduced to less than 40% and the persons who fraudulently lured us to deposit with Lloyds have enjoyed with our money and now still in the back ground of investor’s suffering. Please take up with right authority to settle our dues.

Above 6 Fixed deposits have been made on 30.9.1997 in the name of myself, my father late Shri Madanlal Jindal, my mother Smt. Indiradevi Jindal, my wife Smt. Sudha Jindal, my brother Shri Yogesh Jindal & brother's wife Smt. Suntia Jindal. These receipts matured on[protected] while these orijinal receipts were deposited for payment on[protected] at Indore office of the company. But a lot of reminders & telephonic conversations made, they always gave assurance but never cared to pay a single pie. My father passed away by chronic decease, but even those people did not send their money back. Kindly look into the matter. Thanks

Hi Sir,
I had deposited an amount of Rs 7000/- to ms/ Lloyds finance limited against FD investment receipt Recepirt no.0429999 vide no. c/o[protected] dated 19-feb-1997 for a period of 47 months with deposit date 6/1/1997 and maturity date as 6/12/2000. There after the company has not responded for the repayment of my matured amount as yet.
I had letter communication with the special commite appointed by the honurable high court Mumbai having chairmain Justice V.R.Datar in the year[protected].
Intialy they responded that the repayment is done in chronological order of maturity amount and date wise but after a span of 9 years themaount is still due with Lloyds finance to be paid.

Payment of Maturity Value
Dear Sir;
Upon my father's retirement in 1993, I had made a term Deposit with Lloyds Finance Limited for Rs. 1, 50, 000/- . Those days Lloyds Finance was very vibrant and was offering @ 15% interest. Initially I tried to recover the money through their office located in Jamshedpur but it was of no avail. I had hired an advocate and filed a case alongwith other deposit holders with the Bobay High Court Bench. Ther was also a versict that the payment would be cleared in easy instalment but nothing has happened
I had written a letter to their office which has shifted to Masjid Road, Mumbai with a request to please return the deposit only ( without interest) as my father was very critical but it was of no use. I have lost my father and even my mother is not keeping well. I had initally all my father's medical treatment papers sent across but of no avail to the Board of directors. Please help

Non refund of FD dated 27/01/1997
My father had invested INR 100000/- in the Money Multiplier fund Jointly with me when i was a minor on 27-Jan-97.
As per letter dated 01-Dec-99 Lloys Finance had to repay all FD's with interest.
The amount due from the company as on 01-Dec-99 is 44938/-.
In spite of repeated reminders and letters to the company there has been no response till date.
The company needs to refund the amount with interest till date,
Can any one let me know how to approach the company ?

We mr. Rajeev Agarwal and mrs. Aruna Agarwal from jhansi(u.p.) had invested money on LLoyed Finance Limited on 09/07/1998. Mr. Rajeev Agarwal had invested Rs 75, 000/- and Mr. Aruna Agarwal had invested Rs 60, 000/- and its maturity date was 09/07/1999. They had given 9 installment cheque of Rs 3000/- means Rs 27, 000/- on 09/07/2001 and after this no money was given. After reminding many times there was no response. First their office were in Gwalior, Bhopal, Indore. And cheque came from Bhopal. Now the office is in Mumbai. We hope that you will investigate on this matter and help in getting our money back. I had deposited rs.1, 00, 000/- as a fixed depoit in lloyds finance ltd.in 21/10/1998 for 12 months. rate of interest was 14 per cent per annum. the date of maturity was 31/10/1999 but after maturity lloyds finance ltd had not returned my full amount of fix deposit money. they have returned to me only rs.10, 000/-by dd having no.2284 dated 10/12/1999.
And again they have returned to me only rs.10, 000/-by dd having no.820294 dated 06/02/2001.
Sir, my rest amont about rs.80, 000/- still, lloyed finance ltd have not returned to me.
I am a heart petaint and my wife is also having kidney problem.
I was a employee of tatasteel ltd and retired on 1995.
This amount was my sttelment amount which was fixed at lloyds finance ltd.
Sir, please, do the needfull as soon as possible.

sir,
i had deposited Rs.1, 00, 000/- as a fixed depoit in lloyds finance ltd.in 21/10/1998 for 12 months.Rate of interest was 14 per cent per annum.The date of maturity was 31/10/1999 but after maturity lloyds finance ltd had not returned my full amount of fix deposit money.They have returned to me only Rs.10, 000/-by DD having No.2284 dated 10/12/1999.

Dear sir/madamIm having Lloyds Finance FD certificates which has matured . I have submitted same to the Lloyds Finance, but Im not getting any corrospondance from opposite party.What will be the future of our investments ? What should I do to get my investment amount back? Is their are any comments from Lloyds Investment? Why government is not taking any action against such defaulters? Where should I complain about same ? Lloyds Finance Ltd — Non- Payment of FDR and non-adherence to CLB order
Respected Sir,This is to bring to your kind notice the non-payment of FDR by the Lloyds Finance Ltd. and seek your kind intervention for immediate redressal measures. Following are the five deposits in my name all matured in the year 1999.

Kindly let me know how to make the claim as the original receipts are held by the company and returned to me and have only photo copies with me.

We had sent fixed deposit receipts duly signed to them on 8.11.99. Thereafter, we received 1st installment of RS 2, 000 each on 07/06/2001 for Vishwa Dev Sharma, Veena Sharma & Vikas Vishwa Dev Sharma and for Vinay Vishwa Dev Sharma we received the same on 22.11.2001 along with original fixed deposit receipts duly endorsed by them. We sent original fixed deposit receipts again to them as per their advice for payment of balance amount. We are still awaiting the payment of balance principal of all the above-mentioned fixed deposits.
We have followed up with their office on phone as well as by mail repeatedly but futile. We have sent 3 reminders in writing on 01.02.2002, 17.09.2002 and 11.11.2002 respectively. On our follow-up with their Baroda office on 24th Feb 2007, we were asked to apply for payment to their office. So an application was lodged with their Baroda office for forwarding to them on 01.03.2007. When we did not receive any reply from them, we contacted their Mumbai office on 01.06.2007 and were advised to send an application directly to their Mumbai office. Accordingly we sent an application in this regard same day to them.
Helplessly we requested Consumer Education and Research Society, Ahmedabad of which I am the member to help us in the matter in Dec, 2007.The company replied that a special committee is looking into the matter and that payments to the investers who had invested the amount of Rs 5000/= or below have been cleared and they have now taken up the task to make the payments to the investers who have invested amounts up to Rs 10000/=.
When we did not receive any response from them till date we contacted their Mumbai office and we were advised that the payments will be made in the month of June, 2008 and that we are to send a reminder to their Mumbai office for early payment. Since we are in dire need of money you are requested to intervene.

I have also invested with Lloyds Finance Ltd in Goa in 1996. The company repaid me !5, 000/- but 35.000/- is left to be paid. I was referred to the Special Committee appointed by the High Court and along with my letter of July 2007 I submitted a petition signed by 25 other depositors outlining the amounts owing and due date. My complaints date back to 2003.
I am still waiting for a reply to my letter.

Llyods Finance — Deposited amount not refunded
Hello,We had deposited 20,000 Rs in Lloyd Finance in the year 2004. Unfortunately due to the non performance of Llyod Finace in market they had to undergo loss. They promised the depositor that the amount will be refunded at the earliest but we are still yet to receive updates on this.
We are least bothered about the interest but we have not received the hard money that we have earned. We do not get any informatin when we contact the local office in Bangalore. They say us to contact the head office based in Mumbai.
We are really unhappy regarding the service that they have provided. We are repenting for having trust and investing in this organization.
We request someone to help us to get the money back or get any updates.

Lloyd finance — Non refund of Deposit amount
Hello,We had deposited 20000 Rs in Lloyd Finance in the year 2004. Since Lloyd finance Ltd was not performing well they had undergone loss. We were advised that the amount deposited will be refunded at the earliest. We have been following up to receive the amount but of no use. We are not getting proper information when we go to Bangalore office.
We are advised to talk to head office but they do not have a contact information also. There is no body to answer our request.
We are least bothered about the interest but we want our hard earned money to be returned. We have been made to pay for having the trust worth on Lloyd Group.

It is an open secret that the company had fraudulently accumulated money from innocent people and at the right time of the maturity, they simply turned their back and didn't even care to communicate their depositors. Thousands of depositors have been cheated and no action against the company has been taken so far !! It is possible only in a country like India. No legal action, no step from Govt., no efforts from consumer court---nothing.. It is still doing it's business as usual in the open market despite complaints from consumers !! After 8-9 years of the maturity, if any body expect their money back from such a company by simply writing a letter of grievances in this kind of blog, it is certainly a matter of joke !! Nothing will happen. We need to join hands and initiate stern legal action against this company immediately. It is high time to eradicate such elements from the society in order to check corruption and tears of sorrow !! I know, nothing will going to change by writing such letters, but there must be somewhere an initiator who, may someday bring about a ray of hope to those whose tears have been dried up during these years of despearation!!

As i have talked you earlier this month regarding re-payment of fd amount. I come to know that you have received back the letter with cheques which you have send few months ago.in an unfortunate manner my husband died. I had deposited rs.50, 000/- on my doughter name i. E shraddha anilkumar bhatewara as a fixed depoit in lloyds finance ltd.in 27/03/1998 for 12 months. Rate of interest was 14 per cent per annum according to deposit receipt no [protected]/1. And also i had deposited rs.50, 000/- on my son name i. E prasad anilkumar bhatewara as a fixed depoit in lloyds finance ltd.in 27/03/1998 for 12 months. Rate of interest was 14 per cent per annum according to deposit receipt no [protected]/1. The date of maturity of both deposit receipt was 27/03/1999 but after maturity lloyds finance ltd had not returned my full amount of fix deposit money. They have returned to me only rs.10, 000/-of deposit receipt no [protected]/1 and rs.10, 000/-of deposit receipt no [protected]/1
Sir, my rest amont about rs.80, 000/- still, lloyed finance ltd have not returned to me.
My father who is a senior citizen has been ill for last two year, for which i need money urgently to cure his illness.
So its my humble request to you please returned to me my rest amont about rs.80, 000/- as soon as possible..

Non-refund of Fixed Deposit amount
I and my wife Mrs. Urmil Gupta had deposited the following amounts in fixed deposits with M/S Lloyd Fanance Ltd but the company has failed to refund the money as per the conditions of the deposit although it is long long overdue. You are requested to kindly intervene and get our money refunded. We are both senior citizens of more than 70 years age and the money is badly needed at this stage of life.

Lloyds Finance Ltd — REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
Dear Team,I Garlapati SivaRama Subrahmanyam holding a deposit with Lloyds Finace ltd bearing the deposit no:[protected] .This deposit is invested in the year 1997dated 20.02.1997 promising the value of Rs 12000/- on maturity dated 19/01/2001 @19.36%.But as of today I have not yet received any amount pertaining to this apart fromthe cheque of Rs1200/-in the year 2002 dtd:20.02.2002and bearing the chq no:614077 .
I have received the communication on the reschedule of the FDrepayment vide its order dated16.04.1999
Pls help me in receiving the amount along with the interst for all these yearsfor non refund of the deposit amount and hope the needful is done on a priority basis.

Lloyds Finance Ltd — Non refund priciest amount
We have not yet received the balance payment of Principal amount since long back.I have F.D amounting to Rs.10,000.00 with afore said company.Though the maturity date was expired on 15/05/99,the said company was only paid Rs.6000.00 and after repeated request ,the said concern has not responded for paying the rest amount.Kindly arrange to take necessary steps , so that the said concern is bound to pay the rest principal amount immediately. i had invested in this company in 1996 and till date neither did i receive my principal maoney back nor the maturity amount. Best part is we do not know where and whom to contact. We are in need of the money. Please can u get us the correct address for follow-up. thanks

We are in the all sailing in the same boat my friend .We had invested in the money doubler in the year 1998 and have not even received the principal amount as yet.We had heard that the company has started paying the amount due to the depositors in instalments, have u heard of anything like that .Also we would appreciate, if you would let us know the present address of this office .We Must keep in touch and share our grievances, as we all have lost a lot of funds in the particular financial venture .Thanking you

My friend had invested an amount of RS 20000/- in lloyds finance on 22/12/1997 the amount was due for maturity on 22/10/2002 the certificates were handed over in margao - Goa on 23/06/2003 how ever My friend has not received any amount towards the certificate maturity.
