non conversion of debentures into equity shares under option 1

Sir, i'm holding part b debenture certificates under folio no. 0385164 for 100 debentures under each certificate. These debentures were supposed to converted into equity shares of the company on expiry of period as per financial covenants and conditions stated under the debenture certificates issued on 7th july 1994. My complaint against the company lloyds steel industries limited is that they have yet to issue the equity shares on conversion...
