Sir, i'm holding part b debenture certificates under folio no. 0385164 for 100 debentures under each certificate. These debentures were supposed to converted into equity shares of the company on expiry of period as per financial covenants and conditions stated under the debenture certificates issued on 7th july 1994. My complaint against the company lloyds steel industries limited is that they have yet to issue the equity shares on conversion of debenture into equity shares.

I have not lodged any complaint with the Company as till date I have been waiting to hear from the Company on the action taken by them on the conversion of Part B of the optional Fully Convertible Part B of the Debentures issued to me as laid down under Financial Covenants and Conditions given on the back side of the debenture Certificate.There has been no communication either through email or by Post from the Company's end hence I have now decided to lodge the complaint with your Forum to enable the Forum to take up the matter with the company on the basis of my complaint lodged with you now.Please do the needful at the earliest. LLOYDS STEEL INDUSTRIES LIMITED — Non receipt of original shares

Under FOLIO-398348, shares (certificate no 889303 and 889304) alloted under IPO were not received by us.Company does not able to confirm the delivery status. Even after number of request duplicate shares certificates are not issued and company want us to make a affidavit that they are lost at our end. It is a mistake of company or their registrar of issue. In such case under undertaking company should issue the duplicate certificates.
