I am writing here to request refund money which we paid for lodha splendora project thane, maharashtra. It started on april’ 2017 when we went to the site with our property consultant and met the sales manager there.

i had booked in Magnifica B wing .. just got a letter 2 days back saying the contrcution wont happen and we need to either take a transfer or exit option .. the time given to decide is just 1 week.. its been a huge loss since invested.. stamp duty refund also they are not taking the headache we will have to go it by oursefl. is any one fighting for this to raise a voice together.. please reply....

I purchased under conduction flat almost 2 years back. As per the agreement I should get possession on June 2010, but still I haven’t got possession. Few days back I got the letter that I will get possession on june 2012, which is almost 1 year delay. There is a provision of chargeback to company in case of delay in possession. Request you to please help me in this issue....

I went for booking flat with lodha on 5th of April wherein the salesperson Mr.John W give me the details of the cost and the amount that needs to be paid with 42 to 50 days of bookings the flat.
