Lodha palava team has mentioned about the referral benefits and they said once you purchase the flat and clear your installments, within 2 months the amount will be deposited in the person's account who has given the reference.
As of now, no one is responding from Team palava even after repeated reminders

Hi, i did a booking amount of 126000 on 14th april for clara 1106.
One week later i requested for cancellation due to various personal reasons, but sales manage vishal/neha manwani informed us that i can't get a refund. I have mailed and spoken couple of times but there is no solution yet. 126000 is not a small amount and will be a huge loss for a salaried person, especially when i am the only salaried person in the house and have 2 senior citizens and a school going kid to take care off. With this denial on refund my old parents are under tremendous pressure and if any thing happens with their health, i will hold sales manager/lodha group responsible.

I am having extremely bad experience with lodha.

I was looking forward to a solution instead o[censored]nprofessional behaviour.

Incident in Lodha, Palava City, Dombivali,
Today at 7:30pm when my husband and son - 8 yrs went for jogging in casa Rio on the riverfront the pet dog which was not tied by the owner of the dog start attacking my son, my husband rapidly rushed in and saved my son but he got bitten. When confronted the owner said dogs will be kept like this only and you can do whatever you want to do. We contacted palava security they were also helpless and they asked us to go ahead of police complaint. This has happened with so many kids dogs rushing on them. The aim of this message is keep your kids alert it. The dog owners are quite abusive and they have group and you will be alone after getting bitten they will teach us animal loving lessons. So, please review & take action seriously against erring pet owners & protect children who are the future of our country.
